We tried valiantly to order our third piece of furniture by contacting the company direct (no faux gushing thank you please) - absurd and confusing communications from Lauren and when we asked to speak to a different agent they refused! and we got reminder after reminder from her/they. We went to store instead an the Bath team were friendly and helpful (No faux/ gushing thank you's and how happy you are the team were so helpful please!) - the item will be delivered shortly for 40 quid.

summary / Accordingly - ''We're pleased to confirm your Cotswold Company order will be delivered to you on date between 7am and 9pm on this day. We will be in touch.
Your furniture will be delivered by our two-person delivery team who will call you on the day up to an hour prior to their arrival.''

I am not looking forward to Cotswold's sticking to their strict terms and calling me at 6 AM to tell me I'm the first drop off!

We are happy with the furniture (no faux gushing thanks required) but this purchase has been excruciatingly difficult and when we asked to be transferred to a n other agent - they refused! what a way to do business on line - I recommend any one go to a store and support the high street - the on-line sales are truly hopeless.

NB reply from an 'Executive Complaints Advisor' Wow. So this is my order number as you requested 6754794 6778059 - Lauren offered and then withdrew an offer of saving but we went to a shop and it was cheaper there anyway. I've had enough.

Notified of delivery via text - guys Earle and Mark arrived as advised. Very efficient and very tidy - very friendly guys and did a great job! Unit looks great in the kitchen- very happy.

Ordering and delivery all went smoothly. Dining chairs manufactured to promised timetable. And then delivery communications all clear and comprehensive - both sms texts and emails followed by telephone call on day of delivery. The delivery guys ( Earle and Ian) were both friendly and very helpful. Goods in excellent condition - top notch packaging demonstrated great care

Have you noticed that the current Cotswold Company TV advert, does not represent people of colour, not even as the hired help 🤔 it would seem as though signature quality is only attainable, if you're of the whiter persuasion!!

I went into Store, and although the item I had seen online was not available instore as it was being dis countinued, the staff were able to show me a similar range which I was happy with. Yes I appreciate that grains of wood can vary but will not know this until I take delivery

The assistant (I think her name was Jules in the Bath store) helped us greatly. She was no pressure, but provided lots of information on the different styles of furniture. We placed an order

Mike and Dan, who delivered all our furniture today were professional and extremely advisable. They took care they didn’t scratch any of our walls and insured we were happy with everything. We had a slight damage which was quickly dealt with by Mike and Dan. These two are a credit to the company. I was very impressed and will certainly prepare to send the rest of my products through them.

What a wonderful experience we had with Siu-Pai and Simon K. delivering our lovely tables from Cotswold Company. Exceptionally friendly, polite, and good-humoured. Unboxed outside our home to reduce the mess, carried our bedside tables up flights of stairs with no hesitation, and wanted to make sure we were pleased with our purchases. Just a brilliant experience with these two men.
