Staff very helpful and courteous. No pressure to buy but understood our issue with measurement s etc as do not live in the Harrogate area. Arranged for us to contact them on our return home to make sure items we wanted to purchase fit and agreed we could purchase items at sale price once decided.

Bernard and Hadi arrived early and as discussed rang when they were in the village
They unboxed everything for us and carried everything very carefully and professionally . It was a big order and they had a lot to carry
It was extremely hot and they both worked so hard
They are a credit to the company
Nothing was too much trouble

Was great service from Liam understood my needs until I moved into my new house to hold onto the goods.
Much rather deal with a person than order online to keep the High Street shops open,

Helpful staff. Shop layout allows pleasant browning. Very clean and bright.

Technical issues appeared while the guy was processing my order. With help of other colleagues problem was solved quickly and politely. Great team work.

It was the red brick showroom I went to.

We chose our furniture online, but as we’d never bought from The Cotswold Company before we thought it best to go to our closest store, Harrogate. I’m really glad we did - all our chosen items were on display giving us the opportunity to check the quality - which exceeded our expectations, so we ordered the 3 chosen items and a new office chair we saw in store. The service from Abigail was top class - really adding to the instore experience. We will definitely return to the Harrogate Store when next buying furniture.

Great delivery service. Jermaine H and Mus were exceptionally helpful with my delivery. Really nice people and made the whole delivery process painless.

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable

We ordered a Hideaway Media Unit which was delivered in good time. When the delivery men left we noticed a manufacturing fault on the inside of the unit. We contacted Jenson in Customer Services who asked for photo’s. He agreed to organise a replacement unit which was delivered the following week. We were very impressed with the speed of the deliveries and the quality of the unit we now have. The delivery company was also very efficient.

Having seen a sideboard in the shop and then taken time to consider, I rang the shop to order through the shop rather than online, as I think it important to support our shops. The shop serves as an inspiring showroom which gave me confidence to order the product and we need to keep these shops open. Whilst in the shop a lady took time to show us options, gave good advice and was very helpful. On the phone Chris was very helpful and efficient and only took a deposit for the item which has a delay of 4months. Ordering online would have meant paying full price up front. Great service all round.

The lady I spoke to at the Harrogate store to order my furniture was excellent. However when I tried to use the subsequent email to pay for the items it needed two attempts to work and I had to ring my bank to confirm it had all gone through. The following day I had another email to ask me to pay ! I called and left as assured this was an error and I look forward to receiving my furniture . So there is clearly a back office issue in how the payment system works
