4 Years of great food
Lottie my Sprocker has been eating Cotswold Raw for all of her 4 years. She loves the meals. Customer services very helpful.

My Cavalier loves C Raw
Cotswold raw food is really well balanced and looks super fresh!
I wish I could adjust the subscriptions to suit my little dog who doesn’t eat enough food for a monthly subscription

Our WCS loves this food
Our WCS loves this food. We have tried many brands but this one is consistently loved by him. We decided to get a bigger order delivered direct to our home now that we have a dedicated freezer in our garage for the dog food!

Content dogs and human
Excellent quality with a good variety of proteins. The website is easy to navigate and the whole process from ordering to delivery is straightforward. The dogs enjoy the food as well!

Food is expensive
Food is expensive, one of my dogs quite often leaves food in the bowl. Other raw food normally gets finished.

Disappointing packaging. Good food
Good quality minced raw food. Packaging is all plastic and takes to a lot of freezer space though so won't be reordering

Thank you Andrew for taking the time to review our products and service. Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the packaging and we appreciate the feedback. Raw food producers must use leak-proof containers that can stand -19c blast freezing and courier transport. It is the practice for all human food, is a legal requirement for pet food (EU Reg 142/2011) and important from a food safety point of view. The trays are also 100% recyclable with your kerbside recycling collection. We hope that helps explain why we use the trays but we are sorry to hear that it was an area of your order that didn't satisfy your expectations. Have a great week. Best wishes CR

In my opinion this is one of the best…
In my opinion this is one of the best raw foods on the market for both quality and consistency of ingredients.
I’m sure in a taste test, my dogs would go for Cotswold Raw first, ( have you got any taster jobs going at the moment? 😉).

My Husky loves the raw beef
My Husky loves the raw beef and the tripe, 10 seconds and it’s all gone at feeding time ! He is doing great on it, fit as a fiddle and lots of energy.
Only reason for 4 star is it would be nice to have a little more flexibility on the subscription, being able to pull it forwards or push it out xx days/weeks. Only way to do this now is cancel the current subscription and place a new one….. At least last time I tried.

With regards to your subscription, you should be given the option to pause your subscription of 1 week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks through your account. Fantastic next day service
Fantastic next day service, but you do pay a lot for delivery, well packaged ( maybe too well) with freezer bags included which I'll reuse. If the delivery charge was a bit less I'd order again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our products and service. So glad to hear the food arrived well and the freezer bags were useful. In terms of delivery. We do have a standard delivery charge of £4.95, for orders of over 5 kgs. We also offer free delivery with Subscriptions. Because your order was under the 5kg mark it is harder to inuslate and ship effectively so it does incur a higher 9.95 charge. Hopefully now the food has gone down well and you order a little more the delivery charge would halve, indeed on subscription be free. Have a lovely weekend. Best wishes CR
Great quality raw food. Great customer service.
After a delivery company only delivered half of the order, one email to CR and the issue was quickly resolved. Our dogs have been enjoying the food for years, it’s probably the best raw food (and we’ve tried quite a few).
