I get a subscription from Cotswold Raw. It always arrives on time and makes getting food for my dogs so easy. My dogs absolutely love their food (they can be fussy!) and even better it’s so good for them. Any time I’ve had to contact customer services, they’ve always been so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and love being a customer!

Never had an issue ever. Great quality great customer service nothing’s too much bother. I’m pregnant and the delivery driver without even having to be asked has learned where the best place to put the food for me is so I don’t have to lift it. He remembers each week which is so thoughtful.

Excellent quality raw food which my dogs love. Always quick delivery too.

We recently acquired a Frengle (French bulldog / beagle) puppy and she LOVES the CR food. The pricing is fair and the service excellent, so I had no reservations about subscribing

Fast delivery and my Jack Russell loves this food and has stopped him from having an upset stomach.

We’ve found this food to be the most suitable for our 6 year-old Romanian rescue. We used to buy it from our local pet shop but they didn’t stock the 500g packs and I found the 1kg packs difficult to use. I therefore ordered direct and was pleased with the delivery speed and packaging. However, I did feel an introductory discount as a new customer should have been offered. My pet shop is now stocking the 500g packs and is offering a loyalty/discount scheme so I’ll go back to them. But at least I know I can order direct easily.

Currently using the subscription for 16kg of 1kg packs, for my GSD. He has had trouble gaining weight on a variety of food (dry food, wet food, and previously another brand of raw food that wasn't complete), and yet he's already gaining a healthy amount with the active mince. He's loving it, his poo's are healthy and his coat is already looking fantastic again. Very, very pleased with this food and the company are fantastic also. Had a query regarding when the food was being dispatched and was responded to within 24 hours. Cannot fault the company or the dog food.

Great customer service & good communication

Dog does much better on raw food than any other.
Preferable packaging from CR..

We have been feeding our Working Lab and Cocker on Cotswolds 80/20 and wild range, for a year +
Quality is always outstanding, both dogs love all of the flavours (but love the wild range the most!)
custom service and delivery is first class!
but for us, the best part
coats are so shiny, no bad breath, no wind, healthy and happy dogs and any check up at the vets, they always say how healthy they are, perfect weight etc,

This food was enjoyed by both my dogs and it looked and smelled good.
However sadly there was just too much vegetable content,especially the carrot and it ran through them both.
I have had to stop using it now,which is a shame.

Bought a sample box of mixed cat food. Unfortunately our Bengals will not go near any of the meat varieties. We mixed it with their usual Purrform and put their favourite licky treat on top, but no. As they won't even try it, it must be the smell that puts them off. Never experienced this before. A disappointing and expensive trial.

It's difficult to accurately rate Cotswold Raw because I believe they're a good company.

The Food (cat food): 4 stars
(Chicken: 5 stars, Turkey: 5 stars , Rabbit: 1 star)
Rabbit (may have been a bad batch) is very very dry like sawdust and is overly filled with bone chunks. Tried two different packs but my cats - who otherwise like rabbit - threw up after eating it both occasions, with one of them being sick for 2 days after the meal. I had to throw out all the rabbit meat :(

Their Service: 5 stars
From ordering to delivery everything was great! Their own delivery driver, their customer service is excellent, whole team seems to be very friendly, nice people.

Packaging: 2 stars
Packaging is terrible in terms of practicality. It takes up unnecessarily large space. If you've planned bulk buying be prepared that packaging makes it twice the size of the actual food product.

The new dried meat treats are good value and my dog loves them
