Great service and quick delivery

Quality is really poor & unreliable

Updste. Thankyou for your response. May I clarify that the customer care people have always been polite & couteous. Since summer 25 they offered free mixed boxes of cat meat on at least 3 occasions after I reported that a delivery of their cat meat had been poor quality, due to a defrosted delivery or due to the disproportionate amount of bone or cartilege in meat - spoiling the quality, smell & taste so cats wouldn't eat it -as well as not being healthy.. I reported it each time to them, hoping for improvement in quality. However, after my cat was really seriously ill as a result of the copious amounts of bone fragments in the last batch that was really the final straw. I am not risking my pets life. I've had many cats but none has been as seriously ill ss that, she needed urgent treatment just before xmas. ( It took over 2 weeks for her to recover.) When she vomited it was bile -& - lots of bone fragments.The sheer volume of these fragments of splintered bone is dangerous & can cause a blockage. I thougt this hazard might just have affected the rabbit meat in the delivery, so checked the chicken & turkey meats in this delivery box. I forked over them to check for potential hazards out of caution before considering feeding.. I was shocked by the large & inappropriate chunks of bone & the sheer quanity of it in both other meats! I wanted to use Cotswold Raw but this is not suitable food for cats & it is disappointing that their cat meat did not improve despite being advised of serious issues.

top quality food and excellent customer service

I cannot rate the product and service from Cotswold Raw enough. I used to buy the food locally, but always very inconsistent with the range of flavours available. The product is great, no complaints from my Boarder Collie when its food time. Deliveries sent out on time , and delivered when stated. Thank you APC.
When contacting the admin team, nothing is too much, always resolving any issues. Thank You

My very fussy Bedlington terrier is suddenly enjoying his meals since trying out Cotswold Raw. Delivery was quick and the products are clearly well made and not just trying to appeal to humans. No unpleasant aroma coming from the defrosted meat and all eaten as soon as it’s put down. The raw sausages complete food are so quick & easy to serve.

The food is great, deliveries are great, esp the drivers. Range is great.

The order site is terrible - it is impossible to adjust and manage subscriptions. I have contacted Cotswold about this a number of times. It is like placing an internet order in the 1990s.

You sent me half the order I had paid for.
I rang you. You apologised and assured me you would send the balance. I waited and you did nothing.
It was my first and only order with you.
Your service is poor and lacks thought.
This cannot be an isolated incident.

My dogs LOVE Cotswold Raw they have the variety pack (beef chicken lamb and turkey) and the Wild Range and it always disappears in seconds. I recently contacted CR customer service regarding adjusting delivery dates and they were so helpful.

I have bought Cotswold Raw before and had a good experience, but this time I consider that their customer service was atrocious. I have no problem with the product. I ordered puppy food on Friday, I understand that they do not send product on a Friday and so was not expecting delivery until Tuesday. I got no messages from DPD. Delivery didn’t arrive on Tuesday, so I tried to ring Cotswold but the phones are closed after 4.0pm. So rang Wednesday and was told by a very helpful person that DPD were having problems with my area. I was also told, after I explained that I couldn’t get any emergency food as no one local stocks the puppy food. I was told that they would try to chase DPD and if got no joy they would send me a repeat order to arrive on Thursday. Later on Wednesday I got a phone call to say that they had been unable to find my order with DPD and that they would be sending me a replacement on Thursday to arrive on Friday, I said I was not happy with this and that they had promised me the food on the next day and I would now have to go back out to buy more emergency food but that I couldn’t get puppy food. The person who phoned me was the same as earlier and again was very polite and sympathetic but said that this was what had been decided and all the couriers had been for the day. I feel that not only was a promise broken but there was no regard for my puppy’s health as I told them that the adult food, which was all I could get, did not sit well with my puppy and gave her a poorly stomach. I did tell the advisor that I felt their customer service was severely lacking and I was very unhappy with the way they had treated me. I was told she understood how I felt but could do nothing. I have my hands tied I have a young puppy who is growing fast, so I feel unable to change her food yet, but I am disappointed in their attitude and the service they provided. They didn’t even offer me a refund on the delivery charge

I’m really really pleased with the service and the quality of food provided by Cotswold RAW. The food always arrives as arranged and the people delivering it are very friendly. I buy the 1kg tubs and they are very well packaged- I haven’t had any issues with leakage that I’ve experienced with other providers. Most importantly of all, our fox red Labrador absolutely loves it and seems to have a very happy tummy! The ingredients are very fresh with a good mix of her favourite vegetables. I would definitely recommend!

Ordering was easy. The delivery man was very nice, and put a smile on my face first thing in the morning with him being funny!

Great quality food. The dogs love it.
Packaging isn’t great. Last delivery had 3 of the packets totally smashed up and open.
