The dresses are beautiful and shipping is fast. Definitely my “go to” store for events.

Buyer please be aware! I have a special event and I decided to treat myself to an expensive sparkly dress. My normal size was extremely small, couldn'teven get it on. Not to mention, the lacy dress was actually hard and crunchy material? Just trying to get it on thousands of poorly glued on sequins fell off and still show up in my house. What makes matters worse. The return policy, it's an 8 step process. I had to return through upspay and pay for then return. I had to take mutliple pictures of the the dress, tags, the packaged return...I have never jumped through so many hoops! Then I finally get them to acknowledge the return and they off a store credit. No way would I go through that again. They made an "exception" for me and charged me a 25% restocking fee and the original over inflated shipping fee. Such beautiful dresses but I would never buy from this company- they are crooks, selling a dream that turns into a nightmare!

The dress I ordered has never arrived. The tracking # keeps noting that the dress is being shipped, that a label has been made, and the dress never arrives. After numerous queries, the company simply says it will forward my concern to somebody.

After purchasing several Jovani dresses at the same size for the past 3 years I certainly order the correct size dress from Candy couture and it does not fit. So while I understand there's no refund because this dress was on sale I did call and request to exchange the address for the larger size and I was told there are no exchanges or refunds. So now I just have a $400 dress that I can't wear or receive an exchange. I would have even opted for a credit but this company has refused to help me. It is really strange that I purchased the same size over and over again and now this on sale dress that is not refundable doesn't fit. Left with no choice I had to find a local boutique and purchase another Jovani dress same size in order to attend my event. I'm not sure about this company's practices but buyers beware. Do not purchase any sale items because they are non-refundable.

Help! I ordered a beautiful dress from CoutureCandy. Purchased with shipping and handling paid for. When I received the item, there was an added $150+ for shipping, handling and customs. I refused the package, as I had already paid over $500 USD for the dress. I sent "return to sender." This was October 2023. I have yet to receive a refund. They "have not received the package back?"

I purchased two dresses. Overall great quality and beautiful in person.

However one of the dresses has sequins and glittering falling everywhere in literal piles, not just your normal falling off. I had to try it on in the garage because it would have made a huge mess in my house. I've called and left a voicemail and still waiting on a a call back so I'm a little disappointed in the customer service.

My other dress is again beautiful but so incredibly long it's as if it was made for someone 6"5. And because the bottom is designed a certain way my alteration lady said she cannot alter it so I have to wear it like that, I'm just nervous I'm going to fall.

But overall beautiful dresses, good quality, and I would purchase from this site again.

The dress is absolutely stunning and identical to the picture! Initially, I had some reservations, but the dress turned out to be incredibly beautiful. It reached Iceland within 8 days, and everything was perfect—no missing pieces or torn on some places. I'm eagerly looking forward to wearing it on my wedding day :)

If there were an option for 0 or negative stars that's what I would leave. I placed an order on a Saturday evening. According to their published policy, weekend orders do not begin processing until the following Monday. I requested cancellation of my order the very next day, Sunday. My order had not yet been processed and within an hour I received email confirmation from them of my cancellation request. I followed the next three days straight before receiving an email form them that my order had been cancelled, except now according to them it's a special order item. Nowhere on my order confirmation, their website, the brand page, or the specific dress I purchased page does it give any indication at all that the dress I purchased is a special order item. What's worse is that according to their policy even on special order items I have until 4 hours prior to the order being processed to request cancellation, which again, per their policy was going to happen until the following Monday, and again my request was made on Sunday, which in turn means I am eligible for a full refund right? Not according to couturecandy.com CS. In fact according to them the only thing I am getting is 50% store credit of the $581.03 I spent on this dress because they are deducting a 50% "restocking fee" for a dress that wasn't processed, or shipped. Sounds fishy right? No it's criminal is what it is. This company doesn't even have the ethics to follow their own publicly posted policy. I am not the only one and I am sure I won't be the last to fall for this scam of a business. I sincerely hope that they end up shut down and upside down financially, though they seem to be doing well stealing from unsuspecting hard working people such as myself. Now not only do I not have the dress for my incredibly deserving daughter, but I don't have the money to even try to get it elsewhere. Don't fall for the lies this company sells or give into their greed. You will surely regret it, as I do.

Beware of what you purchased. Couture Candy has very strict return policies. They don't warn you at the checkout that the item is not returnable. Once you click purchase you may get stuck with the item as it is not returnable!

BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!! There is no refunds on returns, only store credit! Restocking fees are 50%! BEWARE!!! Recommend you NOT BUY anything online! They will take your money anyway they can!

Buyer beware….they take your money any way they can…they do not advise you of all their guidelines for purchases. I asked about their return policy on the telephone, they said 5 days…. Never store credit, restocking fees as well as customer has to pay to ship item back

Please DO NOT ORDER from this site. Exchanges are a joke. This expensive item was on sale. I just wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. They claim that I have to return it then exchange it; they say that because it was on sale they cannot exchange it for a bigger size. They do have the bigger size… THEY ARE A JOKE. I am not returning the item for my money…I will make sure everyone I know never buys here. I will report to the BBB as well.

I bought a dress from them. Got a confirmation order # and the monies were withdrawn from my acct. I then found emails from them in my junk box asking for more info and they refunded my money and told me to reorder it. The dress was more expensive on their site so I called customer service asking for the original price I paid and they said no….very, very shady.

RETURNS ARE A JOKE...DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I ordered a dress and it was delivered when I was out of town. When I returned, I notified them that I needed to return it as it was unworn and the tags were still on it. They responded on Thanksgiving to authorize the return. Obviously because it was a national holiday I did not see the message until a couple days later. When I did, they sent me another message saying I was unable to return the dress. Their return policy is predatory and unreasonable. They charge you 20% and up after different days to return stuff that is brand new and they have no real interest in refunding your order. Do NOT order from here. Now I have a dress I will never wear that they will not take back.

The dress came and was beautiful. It was a little small on me and I ordered my usual size. So I was unable to wear it. I needed to return the dress and found it difficult to try and return so I still have this expensive dress. Very disappointed!

I have found so many dresses on sale on this site that were full price elsewhere. The dresses I’ve ordered are shipped quickly and packaged well. I have only had an issue with one dress but it was not the fault of Couture Candy, it was likely a design flaw from the manufacturer.

DO NOT PURCHASE from Couture Candy. This is a SCAM and they are criminals! Only a store credit and you have to do an entire checklist for the return (take pictures of front and back of dress, picture of outside of box, send back with tracking and insurance that YOU pay for) and then they barely give a credit!!!! I paid $375 for a dress, followed every detail and paid $35.00 shipping and they offered a $255.00 credit to their horrible scam of a business.
