I loved my dress!! Fits great and is very well made and beautiful. Shipping came in timely manner

The dress was exactly what my daughter wanted! The price was amazing! I was struggling to pay for the dress at the mall and decided to screen shot it and see where else I could find it. The delivery was super fast also!!!

From the moment I saw that CoutureCandy had the SoulMates 3 piece silk outfit I was looking for, for my daughter’s wedding I was thrilled. Everything was so easy! Easy online ordering and I received it so quickly. More beautiful in person than the advertising. A couple of days ago I received a call to see if I was satisfied! Excellent customer service as well! I look forward to ordering many items from them in the future!! And did I say it was also on sale! Great pricing!!

I ordered a dress for my daughter. After receiving it she decided she didn’t like it. We promptly requested a return and shipped it back. Couture Candy worked with us to return the item and we agreed upon a 15% restocking fee and then refund to the original payment method. This was satisfactory for both of us.

The dresses I found on CoutureCandy.com are simply beautiful. The one I purchased was exactly as pictured, excellent quality, very reasonably priced and came very quickly. I am so glad to have found CoutureCandy!

I needed to change the address of my delivery and Customer Service were very easy to deal with.

The dress came missing-the clip on the top of the zipper and now the company is not responding-the dresses should be evaluated prior to being sent out so their not sent out broken!

Its a SCAM!
They dont advertise the dresses correctly and deliver some crappy things, dont accept returns, or have a customer service. It is more of a headache

The dress itself was beautiful. My only concern was how cheaply it was delivered. The packaging bag was cheap, a box was the best option for the delivery. This made some of the beads to come loose because the package was just thrown on the porch. Presentation matters.

The dress was too small, I I need to pay for return shipping that’s not fair because I paid for shipping and would lose a lot of money

I’m not gonna lie, I was hesitant to order my daughter’s quinceañera dress from here since I read so many mixed reviews. But, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I get an amazing deal, but it was absolutely breathtaking. I saw on UPS label it got shipped directly from the Mon Cheri distribution warehouse (the parent company of the princesa Ariana Vara dress I got her). Honestly, i’ve realized that the majority of the people that are complaining about this place are the ones that are trying to do exchanges and returns. My advice is that you make sure that size you’re getting is accurate. Even if you have to go to a local boutique to try on the brand dress you want to buy. That’s what we did. We tried on an Ariana vara dress at a local boutique and then turned around and bought it for $800 less on their site. As long as your size is accurate, you should be golden! Definitely go for it.
