My payment failed due to bank error and I have been offering to give a new account number and all I have been told is I will hear back from payments. Nobody has responded to me in a week. This is via XCover.
Please give me an alternative way to receive my claim payment. I feel like they don't want to give me the money and all I keep hearing is "Support will get back to you."

Buyer beware these people are scam artists and will take And promise you insurance protection, and when it comes time to file a claim and get what you have paid into, they will come up with every excuse in the world, and request every type of document under the sun, and then proceeded to deny your claim buyer beware buyer. Beware, this company does nothing except give empty promises with poor people, paying into a protection plan that they think will pay out for them when or if the time comes and this company is not that company. This company will take your money, then deny your claim and then not give you a live person to speak to and just play games. As far as communication goes there’s never a life person to speak with do not purchase insurance coverage or insurance protection from this company you will only be disappointed.
Car rental policies are a scam. Booked a car via Ryanair site which then offered full cover for the car via rentalcover.com which states it is cheaper than the rental company. It was cheaper, but it fails to clearly point out that for your cover to be valid, YOU HAVE TO BUY THE BASIC CDW COVER FROM THE RENTAL COMPANY. So the are flogging you insurance to cover a windscreen and tyres. All other stuff is covered by the rental company insurance you have to buy anyway.
The team at Rental Cover were amazing with our insurance claim. We were unfortunate to have been in an accident in a rental car and they were extremely supportive in assisting us to get our claim sorted. It is unfortunate that they don’t have an incoming phone number to contact them, however I found them quick to respond in calling me back if I sent them an email. I would highly recommend using them as an insurance company!
Easy and responsive process which is simple to follow. Good updating through the process and requests for proof of evidence are reasonable.
Excellent service! I had to make a claim due to some damage on the hire car. Europcar were not providing the adequate information for me to complete my claim. Thankfully the claims handler obtained the relevant documents from rentals cars direct instead of me having to continuously chase the hire company myself.

I was expecting the insurance claim process to drag on for weeks/months, but I was totally amazed by how quickly my claim was dealt with! Best and easiest insurance I've ever dealt with. Took two minutes to fill out a claim, within two days it was approved and could set up a direct deposit to my account in 30 seconds. They didn't play games or try to use some fine print to avoid paying the claim. Will use them every time from here on moving forward.
The claim was dealt with quickly and payment arranged a week after returning from holiday.
I had an incident while on holiday, the claim was settled within a few days of my return to the UK. The process was straightforward and soon completed. Just make sure you have all your paperwork in place and ideally access to a scanner.
RENTALCOVER is great company to deal with related to rental insurance covers. Received prompt replys to claim inquiries. They reimbursed third party accidental damage cost car rental company charged. Easy transaction but prefer if I had opportunity to talk to someone rather than emailing back and forth.
Much cheaper than buying coverage from the rental car companies. Also, (most importantly) very easy to work with when having to file a claim. I will be a customer whenever I have to rent a car in the future!
