Possibly a fake name brand mask. It was garbage.
I had a frustrating experience with CPAP Outlet. I purchased a ResMed Mirage Quattro full face CPAP mask in February 2026 and have the invoice, order number, and PayPal payment confirmation.
When I contacted them for support regarding an issue, they told me they couldnât locate my order and even suggested I may have purchased from another company. They also rejected the PayPal transaction details I provided, saying it wasnât enough to find the order, despite it clearly showing the purchase.
This is concerning, especially since I provided documentation showing the purchase was made through them. As a customer, you expect a company to be able to track their own sales and accept standard proof of payment.
Iâm still trying to get this resolved, but the lack of proper record-keeping and support has not inspired confidence. Hoping they address this quickly.
I have purchased several times either via PayPal or my account. This was the first bad experience and it will be a lasting one as well. It only takes one bad experience to ruin a reputation.

Purchased a mask in November 2025 and noticed yesterday that there was a large tear in the silicone lining.
Sent an inquiry by email regarding the warranty, if any, applicable to this product.
Received a reply today that a replacement unit was being sent out, no questions asked.
Checked the tracking number provided and Canada Post had already received it and expected delivery will be less than a week.
It is rare to receive this type of service and certainly exceeded my expectations.

At first I was going to give a 1 review but I got a phone call from a very nice customer service lady at cpap outlet and she dealt with all my concerns and problems I had, I won;t reveal her name but she will know once she reads this(great job you need a raise)
CPAP Outlet does not value its Customers
CPAP Outlet does not value its customers. After shopping there for several years, I made a small request to return an item that had been opened but not used and the outlet would not allow me to return it.
At the end of the day, companies that value their policy and profit over their customers are not worthy of our hard-earned cash, which is essentially our time.
Further, they require our time to go through lengthy processes of seeking refunds, or resolving disputes. Further wasting our time and our money.
Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a Respironics Wisp Nasal Complete System à 1with Fabric Frame. This will be the 5th cpap mask I have bought but the 1st time I purchased from CPAP Outlet. The order was confirmed immediately and shipped out the next day. I received the mask promptly. Unfortunately the head gear does not fit making the whole mask too tight. I have the adjustments at the very end. I am 67 yrs old and I do not have a big head. So, I can't use the mask. I called customer service and explained the situation looking for a refund. I was told that the kit comes with the standard size headgear. When I selected the mask online, there was no indication of any other sizes available. However CS told me I can buy a larger head gear for $55. I have never ever bought a mask that didn't fit so why would I want to purchase a 2nd head gear when that total price would be much higher than any other kit. CS suggested that I should have gone to sleep stores in my area to try on masks first. Really!!??. So I can then buy from them. What a stupid suggestion. I asked to have a Manager call me back because CS was not doing anything about this. Well either she didn't forward the message or Management decided they didn't want to call. It has been 7 business days and no response. So if this is how this company does busniness than you will never ever get my business again. It scares me to think about purchasing a CPAP machine for hundreds of dollars if this is to be expected. Thanks goodness I didn't. Poor poor service if management can't even follow up with their customers.

Would have been nice to know about the no return policy on a CPAP before I bought it. turns out I do have benefits for one, so now I'm stuck with two cpaps and extra costs. I haven't even opened the box, I offered to pay for shipping back, nothing. Don't buy from here, crooks.

Great Service and Fast
My wife and I have been dealing with CPAP outlet for close to 10 years and generally order 3 masks a year each. We have never encountered a problem with this company. All orders are filled immediately and we have the masks within a couple of days. My last order for an F40 Resmed was received today, Thursday, and it was ordered on Monday night after business closed.. Not sure why the negative reviews. I emailed them once a year ago over a back order and my email was answered within the day to my satisfaction. My parcel comes from 1500 Avenue Rd, Toronto, and that's the CPAP Outlet I have always dealt with.

Ordered my mask 2 weeks ago with express shipping so I could take it on vacation. The item still has not shipped and I'm leaving on Tuesday. Don't recommend using these guys at all.

First order placed for CPAP supplies with this company, it was fulfilled and arrived to Western Canada within one week without issues. I was satisfied with their competitive pricing, and also the fact that they were the only supplier in Canada to carry hard-to-find size combinations (large frame and medium nasal cushion for Dreamwear) so I didn't have to buy wasteful fit packs along with extra parts costing even more. Happy with my experience.

I have ordered items from CPAP Outlet before and have been generally pleased but when I ordered the ResMed AirFit N30i Nasal Starter Pack System the default selection was the Small Frame and i didn't realize this until I received the mask and tried it on only to find that the mask is too small. I cannot return the mask since it has been opened. I realize that I should have been more observant about the selection but the standard frame should have been the default.

Do not ever and I mean ever use the company I paid for expedited Shipping 1-3. After 3 days the stuff I ordered hadnât left. I called multiple times emailed got zero response then they just tried to refund my expedited money I had to hound them until I got my money back. Just look at the google reviews and the owner will say the same thing âwe are upgrading our systemâ lol for a year ! You will never get a hold of them at all!

I have dealt with CPAPOutlet for many years. Always got my order in a reasonable time frame.
My last order for a new machine arrived on time but there was a problem. The Resmed was extremely loud (67 decibels). I setup the machine very carefully 3 times, but no luck. I emailed the company, phoned the company and emailed again. Itâs been 2 weeks with NO response. I did eventually get the machine to quiet down and function properly. I will switch suppliers for all future orders.
