Campagnes die ik bewust had gepauzeerd omdat ze niets opleveren, kunnen blijkbaar ineens weer worden aangezet door een medewerker van Criteo, zonder mijn goedkeuring en zonder mij hierover te informeren. Daardoor zijn er kosten ontstaan voor campagnes die ik helemaal niet actief wilde hebben.

Toen ik hierover klaagde en om uitleg vroeg, werd het alleen maar frustrerender. Mijn e-mails worden genegeerd en telefonisch krijg ik niemand meer te pakken. Zolang er geld wordt uitgegeven lijkt men bereikbaar, maar zodra er een serieus probleem ontstaat, blijft het stil.

Voor mij is dit een enorme vertrouwensbreuk. Als een advertentieplatform campagnes kan activeren zonder expliciete toestemming van de klant, en vervolgens niet thuis geeft wanneer je daarover klaagt, dan is dat voor mij absoluut onacceptabel.

This is an updated review regarding their service. The company recently added an AI feature intended to generate more traffic and notified customers by email. Customers were required to respond within three days; otherwise, their accounts would be automatically enrolled in the AI platform. I do not believe a new advertising option should be forced onto an account without explicit agreement to the new terms.

I was later billed $688.59 for this service. I refused to pay the charge, and after going through a lengthy and frustrating process to restore my account to its previous settings, the company ultimately made an exception and waived the bill. While I appreciate that they made it right in the end, the process was unnecessarily difficult.

At this point, I am unsure whether I will continue using their services if similar issues occur again. I want to be in full control of my account, especially how and when I choose to advertise. I am not impressed with the AI advertising options. Google, for example, offers AI tools but does not force them on your account. Even so, my campaigns are still performing better than Google’s AI options, which also need improvement.

THESE LOT ARE JUST AS ANNOYING AS GOOGLE WITH INTERRUPTING EVERYTHING WITH CRAPPY ANNOYING INTRUSIVE ADVERTS OVER POSTS AND PICTURES !

Criteo is one of the best ad platforms out there. For many years now I have been using it and had good CPC and CPA for the campaigns.

Always some issues with invoices. We are getting invoices in Euro (and the calculated amount in SEK). We pay the amount in SEK and suddenly we are getting blocked because underpaid (10-20% how?). They are blocking accounts even if everything is paid. I'm so sick of it. Almost every month the same.

Do not work with this company!
They ignore all your emails, never provide invoices, they do not care about customers or helping in anyway

Our experience with Criteo has been nothing short of a disaster. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but their staff, particularly Molly, displayed appalling rudeness and disrespect towards us.

Despite investing time, energy, and money into their services, Criteo’s incompetence cost us dearly. Molly’s rude demeanor only added insult to injury, leaving us feeling undervalued and frustrated.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Criteo to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and disrespectful attitude towards customers make them unworthy of your trust. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable company to work with.

We have been customers for many years and so long as you don't need any assistance, you'll be fine. If you ever have simple requests, they will not reply timely, nor attend to any of your needs. As a business of 20 years where the majority of our vendors have been with us for 12+ years, Criteo offers us one of the poorest customer service experiences we've ever seen. They literally just do not care nor show professionalism. I think most customers like us, use the platform but if you need professionalism, it is extremely lacking

We overpaid by mistake, almost a month has gone by and they have not refunded over £16,000 owed and have now missed their end of month pay run. Bordering illegal activity as they are holding funds which are not their own.

I visited a website to look at a product and and am now being hounded NON STOP by Criteo ads for this exact company. Dozens of them. When I click on Criteo Ad Choices, the top says this -
Why are you seeing this ad?
You have enabled ad personalization. We have tailored this ad to your interests based on the fact that: You visited websites or applications that are a part of our network.

Yet, when I get to the bottom of the page it says this:
Ad personalization across the web is turned off.

Every single setting in my computer is set to disable interest based ads, to send "do not track" requests, and I have registered with the national direct marketing assoc to prevent being targeted.

Something you are doing is not working correctly. When I visit a site and decide I do not want the purchase the item, the very last thing I want to see is that exact item popping up hundreds of times over the next several weeks. It makes me more determined than ever NOT to purchase that product and to never visit that company's website again.

They made a basic error that I would not expect from a billion dollar tech company. They claimed I hadn't paid an invoice despite it appearing as paid in their software interface. If they are capable of this error, how can I trust them to serve my ads?

‼️Stay away from Criteo. Their product they sell do not work any more and have no chance against Facebook and Google. Save your money and use the big marketing tools instead. I can bet much that you will end up with 0% ROAS using Criteo.

And don’t forget, when you have signed up with them and added you credit card. Then there is no turning back, they will keep charging crazy amounts until you have nothing left or report them.

Criteo is blady scammer. The girl name dyaesha nur. Encourage to invest in this stupid company and then add me in a whatsapp group posting different ad everyday. After awhile she went missing. My money which supposed to return is just burn. Want to make businesses go in good way don't xucking scam ppl money. Guys don't trust this company its fake please don't be stupid as I did. Kindly invest in trusted platform.

Stay away from this company. Their revenues are not working correctly. Budget cannot be adjusted without support intervention, and they have locked some budgets depending on day/month calculation.

No support whatsoever anymore, and their tags are not working correctly to calculate revenue.

Die sind absolut irre. Im Mailaccount von gmx erhält man in Sekundenbruchteilen verdammte Schrott Werbung, welche wie so ein verrücktes Zeitraffer Video abläuft. Die haben so einen Schuss weg, man ist am E-mail schreiben und die ganze Zeit flimmert so ein durchgeknallter Wahnsinns-Trip im Hintergrund. Das Schärfste ist, man könnte per Drop Funktion den Mist schließen, aber im selben Moment, wo man draufklickt, erscheint diese mega ätzende Werbung auch schon wieder. Sogar, wenn man zuvor extra im Auswahlfenster als Grund "Kein Interesse" eingibt. Drecksverein
