Cronin Wall were a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Their helpful and informative staff were always proactive and easy to engage with for any questions or queries that we had. I can't recommend them enough for all the help they gave us.

We used Cronin Wall's services to rent a house in the Cork countryside. Leanne, and the rest of the team have been nothing short of amazing. Every question is answered, every timeline is met well in advance, any an all issues are resolved immediately. I honestly cannot recommend their services enough.

We dealt with Shay, Leanne and Joanna during the recent sale of a house in Midleton and Cork city and found them superb for both. They are extremely knowledgeable and gave valuable advice and assistance with preparing the house beforehand. I always felt they gave plenty of time and nothing ever felt rushed. Would highly recommend. If you’re selling a house, look no further.

Cronin Wall recently helped me rent a property. I was given solid constructive advice on preparing the property for the market. I found the customer service excellent and would have absolutely no hesitation in using their services in the future or in recommending them.

I sold my house through Cronin Wall in 2024. From start to finish all Cronin Wall personnel were excellent. They made the process extremely easy, provided great assistance, some of which was beyond their obligations, and I could not criticise any aspect of dealing with them.

I have been dealing with Cronin wall since I bought my house in 2002. Some years later I rented it out. Cronin Wall guided me through all the steps to become landlord & they got me tenants who stayed almost 9 years. I never had a change over of tenants. They did bi-annual house inspections for me. Anything I needed to get done was dealt with quickly by their own trades people & I was never put under pressure to sort invoices straight away.
I just completed the sale of this property. Aine & Leanne gave me great advise & called to go through what they felt needed to be cleared & jobs to do in order to achieve the best sale price. I took on board all their advise & it went exactly as they said. They paid great attention to detail in staging it for me for the photos & viewings. ( I almost changed my mind when I saw it done by them :-)
However my 5 stars in this review goes to Leanne. She has been my main point of contact with almost 10 years. She has always been so professional & was great to give me advise no matter how big or small my query was. She reassured me especially when going through the selling process to trust them & if I was nervous or losing patience would always put me at ease. It was sold very quickly & am delighted with Cronin Wall & their team.

We recently completed the sale of our rental property & used Cronin Wall as our auctioneer. The service provided from beginning to end was fantastic. Leanne, Grace & Aoife gave great advice before going to market, they co-ordinated all renovations on our behalf, organised tradesmen promptly and staged the property beautifully. The kept us informed of progress at all stages. When the sale was agreed Cronin Wall liased with the purchaser & my solicitors. The sale process was very easy for us. Cronin Wall were professional & efficient throughout. I would highly recommend them & I would use them again for future business.

From start to finish, our experience with Cronin was exceptional. As first-time buyers, we were initially apprehensive about the property purchasing process, but the entire team made everything smooth, transparent, and stress free.

The agency Cronin Wall has provided the house for the rent in condition out the minimal standards. As result we had not broadband, hot water, gas, can't use oven, toilets, showers, house is very dirty around, even toilets weren't clean, rubbish didn't take out, abandoned, stinky, covered by spider net. Deposit for the previous house rent didn't returned in the day we were left, they used our money for the next 8 days. The case escalated within allegations of breach of agency responsibilities, where a agency has not carried out repairs/replacement necessary to ensure that a dwelling complies with the minimum standards for rented accommodation. This actions and agency is completely "SCAM of RENT"
