I was so pleased by my experience with Colbert & Co when I was a purchaser in 2021 that they were my first choice when I found myself responsible for selling a house in 2023. Their representative John Hornibrook is courteous, friendly, helpful and utterly dependable. He never seeks to cloak problems behind diplomatic niceties and always returns calls. I cannot speak too highly of professionalism and overall helpfulness.
