Nice Website

Got it quicker than I thought! The SODIMM works perfectly, and the thing on the Crucial website where you can check if the product your buying fits the computer you use really took the stress away. I wish that the SODIMM came with a small instructions pamphlet of how to actually insert it into your computer though.

Support Is Non-Existent

Support is non-existent. Support, not blather. I'm on day four of trying to get the drive to boot as cloned. Computer BIOS flashed. Initialized as GPT. Boot to UEFI. Windows DISM ran, SFC
ad nauseam
 Now if Crucial offered the level of support that MiniTool offers, well I'd likely be up and running three days ago.

Never recieved my order

Never recieved my order. Ordered from Canada and it's been stuck in customs for over a month.

Items needed to be returned

5 stars for receiving my items very quickly, however due to my error, the item was not appropriate for my computer.
3 stars for setting up the return with customer service to return. It took a long time on the phone, but the customer service agent assured me that the return information will be in my mailbox in a couple hours, it has been 24 hours as of now.
5 stars for the customer service agent who helped me order the correct computer part, which I ordered immediately.

Terrible telephone system!

Two days after I ordered I received an email that the item was out of stock. I called to cancel the order and had to call several times after that to get my intensions straight. The agents were very helpful and went through the procedure of cancelling my order. But, the telephone connection was terrible every time! Two times the call just dropped, and I had to call again and when I actually was speaking with an agent, I would hear every other word and had to keep asking them to repeat. This condition was on every call not just one time. Terrible phone system for an electronics/communications company. Crucial/Micron really needs to invest some money in their customer service phone system.
