Good web site and fast delivery. Quality components

Fed ex.... made ma wait 1 more week before being able to get my product which they didn't even try to deliver to my home for the same exact product i commanded 1 week ago and had no problem, otherwise product is good the problem is just the delivery

the memory I wanted, delivered in a timely manner, to upgrade a recent Dell laptop.

upgrading the memory in my PC was what it needed.. you had the memory cards I needed for my older Alien PC.

Not delivered

Never received items purchased. Crucial site shows them as never shipped and you never responded to questions sent through customer service portal. Filed dispute with Amazon and credit card.

Used before and had excellent service so had no second thoughts about using Crucial again. I was not disappointed

I didn’t know if it came or not and the order tracking was showing nothing. It would be great if you can improve it.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience with crucial. Any system I have the website works smooth. It’s always available always reliable. I enjoy the software that reviews my existing computer to let me know exactly what I have to order and what recommendations they have. It’s a wonderful tool and I’m so grateful for this service.

Memory arrived on time, and installed without issues!

I put in the order before Christmas holiday period. I went on vacation and expected the RAM to be delivered while on vacation.
After many days order was never processed!
I called customer service several time!
1st time call, they said it should be fixed and shipped by 24 hours - this never happened.
2nd call, they had issue seeing Order Number, they said they would call me back within 24-hours! - This also did not happen!
3rd call: I called and asked for any status? They said no updates, appeared they could not do anything about my order and I explained I am now going to go back home and to CANCEL my order!

I purchased an item on 23 Dec 2024. Up until now, I still didn't receive any feedback from crucial.

On the website, it says after purchasing, we will receive a confirmation within 48 hours, but today is 6 Jan 2025, I am still waiting.

If Crucial team sees this, please assist my case, thank you very much!

Made it easy to find the correct memory upgrade for my PC. Installation was also straight forward. However, a next day delivery, rather than having to wait over a week, would have been great.

Great product delivered quickly. Software for cloning existing drive was easy to install and use.
