Seamless and easy. Will definitely use again

Easiest and most convenient parking we’ve ever used. Great directions and instructions. Easy to find and both delivery and pickup went without a hitch. Friendly staff too. Would definitely use again.

All worked smoothly. I would prefer to know where vehicle is kept (no photo anywhere). Maybe, we might get a shock if it was shown! Hope not. Thank you.

Close to the terminal, the person I saw was friendly and explained to me where to collect the car on my arrival.
The only problem was I could not see any one when we went to collect the car the person was sat in his car, that needs to be sorted out.

I used Azure parking at Southampton cruise docks. The service was seamless bit when dropping off the car and on collection. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again,

We were on track to arrive at the port between 11am and 11.30am but the motorway was closed for at least 2 hours during which time we called Azure, who did not pick up, and advised them of our delay via a message. At 12.10 they called us and we advised them again telling them we had just started moving so were unsure how long we would be. They said they would wait until 3pm. Unfortunately there was another accident on the M271 just outside Southampton so we were delayed by another hour at least. We arrived in the short stay car park at 2.30pm but Azure were nowhere to be seen. We called them at 2.41pm to be told by the driver that he was there, even though he wasn't. The call cut off and he did not pick up again after that so we had to find somewhere else last minute to park. It was a nightmare!
On our return we took this up with them but they say their driver's bodycam states he waited until 3pm but they have provided no evidence, I guess because there is none. Despite having used them before they have refused to refund the £150 we paid and they are now ghosting us (very professional). Whilst the lady we spoke to on the day was trying to be helpful, the man on the phone when we called from the motorway and again from the car park was quite the opposite. Presumably he didn't want to wait around until 3pm and nor did he!
Don't risk using this company.

Prompt friendly drop off.
Same for the return collection.

Excellent service at both drop off and pick up very close to the cruise terminals. Competitive price too.

I booked Meet and Greet due to our disabilities, believing it to actually being Meet and Greet as we had experienced on previous cruises and at airports. We even paid extra for the Meet and Greet service. Imagine our surprise to find that your service was not truly Meet and Greet, but park in the car park, quite a walk from the terminal, especially with baggage. Why call it and charge more for a Meet and greet when clearly its not. In fact we were informed at the terminal only CPS were allowed to have such a service.

Booked Meet and Greet service met by a representative short walk to ship from car park. Return journey representative waiting same place with our car hassle free definitely recommend and will use again a great service

The ease of being able to walk from the car to the boat. Not waiting around for taxis.
Good value (£2.00 more) than being sent on a courtesy bus. Speed of leaving the car park was amazing.
