Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience.

Following inspection, we do not believe the doors themselves are leaking. Our findings indicate that the moisture ingress is occurring below the threshold via the concrete blockwork, which falls outside the scope of the door installation itself. This was discussed during our visit.

The preparation of the opening and associated groundwork was carried out by a third-party contractor, and while we coordinated this as part of the project, aspects of the surrounding structure and drainage are not part of the door system or installation.

We do, however, take customer service seriously and are disappointed to hear that you felt interactions were rude — this is not the standard we aim to provide. We remain willing to work with you and the contractor to help reach a practical resolution where possible.

As you are aware we have been in touch and will arrange a joint visit between the builder and our surveyor .

Everything was perfect from start to end. The sales rep, Nigel, listened to my wishes, advised me about the options very clearly, and answered all my questions promptly and very helpfully. The people in the office were also very helpful. The surveyor, Kevin, was very professional. The fitters, Charlie and Aaron, did a smashing job and they were sweet :-) The glazing does exactly what Nigel promised - no more draughts, it keeps the heat in and it keeps the noise out, I am delighted. All the information, communication and arrangements were clear and reliable. I paid a reasonable price for a very good product and service.
