I played a Dragon Gold slot game and won $275. I got an email two days later saying that game is geo restricted and my winnings got voided. The game was in the main lobby and I was able to spin without any warnings. Support said I need to check what games are restricted in my country.

The website looks dull and lifeless. The only thing you seem to get is rows of game thumbnails on a simple background. There's no style or theme to create an atmosphere. Sure, the website does its job, but it is completely simple and boring. Overall, it feels like a website template with no consideration to make the site interesting or engaging.

It took a total of ten days to have my document approved. I sent my bank statement for address verification, but they told me the resolution was too low. I sent a higher quality image and they rejected me again. The third time, I just uploaded the file again and it was finally approved.

It looks like some of the pages in this booklet have different languages. The cashier appears in English, yet the terms beside it are in Italian. Since I don't speak Italian, I basically have no clue what I'm agreeing to. I feel like this localization was a bit rushed and wasn't finished properly.

I got disconnected two times in a row right after I placed my bets. I contacted support and they told me to switch to a different browser, or check the firewall. I tested it on three different browsers and two different devices and had the same issue. They refuse to consider that it might be an issue on their end.

I made a typo in my address, and now I can't edit it. The edit button does not work. Support told me they can change it, but I have to send them verification documents first. Seems excessive to fix such a small problem.

Every time I reach out to them, I get the same response that is completely irrelevant to my issue. I asked about a missing deposit and they sent me the bonus terms. It took me three replies to finally get someone to actually look at my account.

Horrible company, they send a sales guy to your house, tells you the system has a full warranty and all you have to do is put salt in it. I have had it for 2 years no issue but the other day Water Tester comes out to check my water and try's to sell me a service package for another 49.00 a month. I am already paying 7000.00 for this system and this service package was never discussed before. So i am being told if i don't get it then if they have to come out i have to pay for labor and service charge for driving out here so basically about 80.00 to drive out and then they charge by every 15 min they told me. All this was never discussed in the beginning or i would of never bought this system. Sales guy said it was all under life time warranty just put salt. So know 4 days later my system is not working like it was what a coincidence, and when i call them and tell them i want it back the way it was before they touched it they are trying to charge me for it. Stay away from them, i am now having to fight with them and will probably have to get my lawyer to file suit to get my money back.

I finance the equipment they promised me and my wife 10 year supply of pure and gentle products we financed this water filter in November it is February and still the products are not here and apparently it's been an issue to try to keep up and catch up with Crystal clear concepts now that nobody picks up the phone and everything goes to voicemail nobody answers emails either this is all a front, they're not trustworthy at all.

Trevor and Deon installed our Crystal Clear system this morning. They were very professional and did a great job; They explained the system to us, tested our water to be sure it was perfect. They also were so neat and placed the system perfectly in our garage. I recommend this company. They are VERY customer centered.

Excellent services - The installations experts Trevor, Marquies, and Carlos did a nice job in installing the water system and they were friendly, knowledgeable and showed lots of expertise. I liked their job and I will highly recommend them for anyone who needs installation of the water system. And in overall I give them 100%. Great guys and great company - crystal clear!!!

Garland and Carlos were fast great very professionals and knowledgeable on what they do. They both answered my questions on how to take care of my water system and how to change the salted on my system

Josh Boushee came to our house today for our 90 day follow up and water check. Josh was very nice and very knowledgeable. We love our system and all the employees. Always are willing to help.
