Excellent lawnmower , and didnt have to wait too long for delivery .I had a couple of queries and the Crytec team answered me very quickly. Definitely recommend.

The parcel was delivered intact and the delivery was prompt.
Disappointed that the website did not say that the Chainsaw Milling Jig was made in China. The quality of the product is fine though the assembly instructions left something to be desired. I cannot work out what the chrome rod is for though.
Still, it does the job, so I am pleased that I got it.

Got chipper shredder, arrived just as expected, assembled, filled with oil and fuel and it started first pull, great machine easily manages 40mm branches, great mulch for borders.

CRC-400. Had to pollard a number of trees and more than 20 whin and gorse. Then three of us went back and forth with the piles of branches and had them all chipped in just over one hour ! Very impressive so far.

Had a hickup with international haulage, guys sorted it out and good quality box

Ordered a 72” tool chest from Crytec Power.
Prior to ordering I made contact with them to ensure it could be delivered on a specific date which they could.

Delivered yesterday as promised and I am delighted with the quality of the tool chest.

we recently bought a PTO driven chipper, it was a great price, really well packaged with quick delivery.

Tool arrived on time and performed as expected

BX42S pto wood chipper. Excellent helpful advice on phone before purchase and machine arrived promptly. Please watch videos on how to set up (lots on BX42S rather than Crytec) as some bolts not to right torque, static blade not set and loose nut in clamshell! Absolutely brilliant once working, has already saved me hours

Just bought the CRC200X chipper.
Well constructed bit of kit easily assembled when it arrived.
It’s making light work of my brash.
My only negative is that the out chute is too low to the ground,maybe it’s something for the engineers at Crytec to improve on.

Decent wood chipper however the after sales spares and support has been poor. I ordered replacement blades which were shipped in a poor state, unsafe without suitable packaging. And I mean blades sent in an envelope, no wrapping or protection. It was a mess on arrival. I filled out a feedback review email which posted my review to their website, where I was polite and constructive asking them to improve the safety of their packaging. THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN TAKEN DOWN from their website so I assume they only leave up the ones the like! Pretty dishonest.

Lovely machine..very well made. And a very good price..it came in a packing case well packed in bubble wrap. Easy to put together..and very powerful using just what we needed...Thanks again well done
