Bought a generator which failed just after a year. Company haven’t wanted to know. The carburettor has obviously failed, but they won’t even advise where I can get a replacement part.

R300iS inverter generator.
Starting isn't the problem but keeping it running is. It starts and runs for a few seconds then dies. Repeat 50 times before it finally continues to run. Shame as I bought it just over a year ago and only used it twice but now I need it every month for my lads kart racing. I did put fresh E5 petrol in and this has happened all weekend - 8 times. Not the best advert in the paddock when others see me pulling the cord 50 times!

Appalling customer service. Promised replacement of a faulty component 3 months ago. Still no part and emails ignored. Same when a component failed when I bought the machine. Would never use again.

Excellent product and does exactly what is required. Cuts down a lot of time cutting logs and holds logs good

Purchased a powered self loading barrow and I have had no end of bother with it, required a new battery immediately after a few hours of work which Crytec kindly supplied FOC, then the throttle cable snapped, again replaced FOC. Now after 14 hours of work battery issues again, I have sent a video as requested but no return phone calls disappointing service when spending over £5k on the equipment. I would be looking elsewhere for better customer service.

I ordered my log burner on Monday and I had it by Thursday! Postage was included and it came in a little wooden crate on a pallet but the delivery man was very helpful. I was nervous about purchasing as the price seemed too good to be true but I am really happy I ordered from them. 10/10

The fuel and choke symbols are the wrong way round, once i sussed this out and finally got it to start, the engine speed had been set so fast it sounded like it was about to explode.
Now adjustments have been made it seems to be okay.

Great communication and delivery as agreed to avoid certain date.
Since have the cr400 chipper for nearly a year I can now leave a good review, with a few points to note.
The machine is very loud, you will need ear defenders and warn neighbours.
It will manage branches up to 50/60mm with no problem, always feed thick end first and if there are a lot of leaves be aware they can clog the feed as there are no strong stems to pull them through,it seems to be a good idea to have sacrificial push sticks on hand to help.
Always use thick gloves as the vibration of the branches being fed in can feel quite violent.
Points to note, any small twigs or chips left in the feed shute when you shut down can quite easily stop the drum rotating on start up and damage the drive belts.
The bolts holding exhaust guard work loose and fall out.
The bracket holding the electrical connection box has sheared of from vibration fatigue
Having said all that a great machine that does a great job, and I would buy again and recommend this machine and company

Bought a wood chipper six months ago absolutely fantastic service collected within the day and also buy blades from the company fast delivery great service brilliant Ant the handy man Nottingham

We brought the crc400 chipper in 2023. We'd brought a 1 1/2acre very overgrown garden with dozens of huge trees and hedgerows. We couldn't manage clearing this without our 'beast' of a chipper. Nothing has fazed it so far, leylandii, privet, tree branches and brambles. It's not keen on dead wood but still chips it! We removed the towbar as I'm an older lady and couldn't get it about on my own with the extra weight, I need help to push it back up my steeply sloped drive at the end of the day but otherwise I can manage it ju st fine although it is heavy. It paid for itself on its first job and has now completed more than 100hrs of chipping with no reduction in quality. Considering a 5ft pile can be reduced in about 20minutes we're more than happy with it. Removing the blades has been impossible, and are expensive and difficult to get hold of. We are booked in for our first professional service once blades are back in stock, to leave the job to someone else!
