Tracking your sofa on line was great for me, to ensure we had it in time for Christmas. In fact it was earlier than the first date given.
The delivery men were second to none. As I live above a pub they got the sofa up 2 flights of stairs which wasn't an easy job but where still polite. Definitely recommend CSL!

I purchased my sofa online, had updates regarding its delivery and when the guys turned up they were very professional and set up my sofa for my conservatory in no time with no fuss and took the wrapping away. I would buy from csl again, value for money and a comfortable sofa. Just what I wanted.

We love our new sofa and couldn't have picked a better one, however we were not told about the delivery charge upfront, it was just added onto our monthly payments. Also we asked if the sofa was able to be delivered on a Saturday to prevent us having to take time off work - we were told yes that this was no problem. We were not told that it would be at extra cost and only found this out when trying to book delivery on the Internet. Having already paid £38 delivery we refused to pay any extra & therefore one of us had to take a day off work. Sofa great quality but sales service would be better if customers were informed from the beginning regarding the delivery charges

I would definitely recommend CSL, they were very friendly, informative and there product range and quality are brilliant. They have really good customer service, I got lots of emails on updates and we were always kept informed.

Good quality, super fast delivery, friendly service and staff, brilliant customer care, love my sofas, they are elegant and so comfortable, stylish the best I have bought ever very happy customer :)

I found CSL to be very organised and nice to do business with from the initial sales person, making payment, organising delivery and the final delivery people. Always pleasant and very efficient.

The service in store was good.

We ordered a corner sofa and three piece sofa. With the corner sofa the deliver drivers got half of the sofa into the room. on the second half of the sofa they said they couldn't get it in the house / into the required room. They removed the protective packaging and forced the second piece through our brand new front door causing damage to the door and door surround. They then left the second piece in the hallway so no one could enter the hose and told us we would need to remove the window to get the sofa in the room.

My partner and his friend then moved the sofa into the required room once the drivers had left.

When we tried to claim the damage the drivers had made to the front door we were only offered £50 for the damage.

Knowing what I know now Id never return back to CSL. All glitz and glam in the showroom, but the sofa we bought cash with arrived at our home, it had no padding in the arms! Absolute joke...! After calling the rudest call centre a manager came out and told me that this is how the sofa is due to packing, after half an hour of trying to show me something that clearly wasn't there he agreed the sofa was a defect. After almost 2 months and several calls to the same rude call centre eventually padding came and the sofa got fixed. The magic of having a new sofa was crudely abused with no customer care and receiving a sofa that looked like an ebay second hand hand-me-down. Never again... I'm sure I can spend £1700.00 in another store and receive what I purchased.

delivery drivers where fantastic.
They had to dismantle one sofa to get it in my house. then put it back together.

I am now buying a leather care kit to protect my leather.

Ordered sofa we like NO info about the sofa if the chusion come off or the size of the opening you need to get the sofa in. It didn,t fit so it had to go back. I had to pay over a £100 to order another one

I bought a coffee table from Csl and the quality and service was great, I then went back and bought a new suite,which was delivered in 3 days instead of waiting for 12 weeks,again the quality and service was fantastic, they even phoned a week later to check i was happy with the service and my service, i would definatley recommend this store

Sofa was late (and just a before Christmas) so had to go without a sofa. Sent me a temporary one which had a disgusting smell. I wiped it down but couldn't get rid of the smell. Had to put covers over it to stop the smell stinking my house out and didn't sit on it. Finally got my sofa.... It was the wrong colour. Had to argue time and time again with staff until they admitted it was the wrong colour. Staff in store were helpful with this matter but was lied to so many times on the phone, that it was the same colour, the example in store looked different cos it was faded, etc. months later I received my actual sofa which is the right colour but comfort wise is absolutely nothing like the original one I got in the wrong colour... It is totally different but had given up on getting a decent sofa at this point. I now wish I'd kept the wrong colour cos at least it was comfortable.

When looking for a sofa in the show room the staff at CSL were great , I ordered my sofa and was happy, however the Internet logo to check your sofa delivery wasn't very helpful as it wasn't update so when I checked it, it always said the same thing, it still said I had 6 weeks before I was sent a text to say it was ready. On the day of my delivery I was given a call to say my sofa would be delivered in the morning however it did not come til the afternoon, when asked why my delivery was late the driver told me my delivery had been changed that morning without telling me.... Not good custom service as when I called up the sofa custom service they told me it was the driver who was running late...... So lies we're told. After my sofa was set up I wasn't that happy with it ....

Repairs completed after 4 months.

Requested suite return.
No return accepted as repairs carried out.
Refund request 500 pounds.
Refund given 150 pounds!!!
