Professional asbestos surveys
I have used CSS for asbestos surveys on several occasions and always found them work in an efficient and professional manner in undertaking and reporting on surveys. They conduct very thorough surveys and provide detailed reports, within a week or so of the survey being carried out. I will certainly use them in the future when the need arises.

Recommended without reservation.
We used CSS to remove an integral garage ceiling, as well as an ancient oil boiler and its flue which went through the loft and roof. From the start, Mark and all the team were very thorough and professional and we were confident they had done an excellent job (they even drill out every nail hole in the joists). The precautions they took were impressive (fully sealed area, decontamination tunnel, onsite shower, etc). The site was independently assessed for asbestos on both visits (both passed) and the inspector said CSS were 'very good to work with'. I agree. For a domestic job, it is very expensive but Mark didn't push us into full removal and suggested alternatives during the initial meeting. Recommended without reservation.

CSS Inspections
CSS provide a very professional and first class service in supporting Hyndburn BC with asbestos surveys, inspections and sampling when needed. Surveyors are polite, supportive and knowledgeable. Will continue to use CSS for our future inspections and would definitely recommend CSS

CSS were extremely helpful
CSS were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. They were willing to talk and discuss various options to deal with some asbestos in the building. They provided us with all the information we needed. Their Surveyor was professional and provided a very comprehensive report.
CSS customer service was of the highest level and their quotes beat all the other companies we had requested quotes from. Would highly recommend them
