A app dos CTT é visualmente muito bonita — quase uma peça de design. Pena é que funcione como se estivesse ainda em fase de protótipo.

Abrir a app e navegar entre menus é um exercício de paciência pouco justificável. E quando finalmente se consegue usar, percebe-se que o essencial ficou pelo caminho: histórico pouco útil e ausência dos códigos de levantamento para Locky.

No fundo, reflete bem um problema mais geral: muito foco na aparência, pouco no conteúdo.

É como tentar comer um gelado sem o cone.

The CTT app looks great — almost like a design showcase. Unfortunately, it still behaves like a prototype.

Opening the app and navigating through it is unnecessarily slow and frustrating. And once you finally get there, you realize the essentials are missing: the parcel history is poorly structured and, more importantly, there is no clear display of pickup codes for Locky — which makes the app practically useless for its core purpose.

To make matters worse, there is no option to use the app in English, which creates an unnecessary barrier for non-Portuguese users.

Overall, it reflects a broader issue: a strong focus on appearance, with very little attention to functionality.

It’s like trying to eat an ice cream without the cone.

É absolutamente inacreditável o desleixo dos CTT. Fiz uma encomenda de um equipamento informático de elevada fragilidade, no valor de 2.700 €, com entrega prevista para hoje.
Em vez de cumprirem o serviço pelo qual foram pagos, informaram-me que a encomenda foi parar a um centro logístico que "não era o pretendido". Como é que é possível uma falha destas num objeto com este valor e devidamente sinalizado?
Isto não é apenas um atraso; é uma demonstração de incompetência logística total. Estão a passear um artigo caríssimo e sensível pelo país, sujeitando-o a manuseamento extra e desnecessário, sem qualquer respeito pelo cliente ou pelo património alheio.
Se o equipamento chegar com o mínimo dano devido a este "passeio" por centros de triagem errados, a responsabilidade será inteiramente vossa. Exijo profissionalismo e a entrega imediata do que é meu.

a ctt é sempre uma vergonha quando tenho uma encomenda pendente. Eles dizem que vão me contactar e não contactam, simplesmente falham na entrega, que decepção.

Bom dia....a minha encomenda não foi entregue no dia 30/03/2026 na minha morada,visto que o funcionário da empresa CTT ligou-me e pediu me o código pois estaria na minha casa,o que não foi verdade pois não tinha encomenda nenhuma, perguntei aos vizinhos e nada....liguei para os CTT e não me resolveram nada....até hoje dia 2/4/2026.... depois de várias tentativas consegui falar com uma menina muito simpática que me disse que iria resolver....ok.ate aqui tudo bem....esperei pelo contacto e nada ...hoje 2/04/2026 pelas 8h da manhã bateram me há porta e era uma senhora que não conheço que trazia a minha encomenda....pois mora LONGE da minha casa,mas a simpática Senhora andou há minha procura com a morada para entregar a encomenda....( A SENHORA DISSE QUE MEM SABE COMO O FUNCIONÁRIO PÔS A ENCOMENDA NA SUA CASA VISTO QUE A CASA ESTÁ TODA VEDADA COM MURO E PORTÕES ALTOS, A SENHORA DISSE QUE ELE NÃO TEVE CUIDADO NENHUM POIS ATIROU A ENCOMENDA PARA O QUINTAL....AGORA FICO A PENSAR SE FOSSE DE PARTIR,COMO SERIA ?!!!
VISTO QUE O ENCOMPETENTE DO FUNCIONÁRIO DOS CTT NÃO TEVE O CUIDADO DE VERIFICAR A MORADA .... Venho por este meio solicitar um pedido de desculpas por parte dos CTT....

Review Title: Absolute Incompetence – Portal is Broken & Customs Process is a Joke

If I could give zero stars, I would. CTT’s customs portal is a total failure. I received a notification that my shipment (LA137517609GB) is being returned to the origin with "no possibility" to continue, simply because their own website is full of bugs.

The issues are endless:

No Edit Option: Once you start the process, the portal locks you out. If a link breaks or a page fails to load, you cannot restart or edit information.

Redundant Demands: They demand price and insurance info that was already provided by the sender.

False Information: Their staff wrongly claimed I could use the Finanças portal, which is simply not the case—it must be done through CTT.

Brainless Logic: They are returning my package before the customs deadline has even expired, just because their own software is too incompetent to handle a form correction.

It is no wonder this service has a 1.2-star rating. Even a 2-star rating would be an overstatement for this level of brainless, moronic "service." Do not use CTT for incoming international packages if you actually want to receive them.

I have a VERY OBVIOUS adress with no possibility of being mistaken. The residence front desk collects the cargo all the time. My package appears delivered but no one has seen it. It is not in the reception, anywhere. And NO ONE EVER RESPONDS TO MY CALLS IN CUSTOMER SERVİCE. My purchase company will not refund me because it reveals as "delivered". It is not. It is lost.

Pior transportadora de Portugal. Ligam e não falam na chamada. Nem se quer limitam a tocar à campanhia. Se pudesse escolher nunca que os ctt seriam opção.

Pior transportadora à face da terra, uma cambada de incompetentes... encomendas retidas no centro operacional por semanas. Justificações de m*rda que os funcionários passam.
Evitem a todo o custo essa empresa terrível!

I am highly dissatisfied with ctt my parcel couldn’t be delivered because guess what some people have to work and aren’t home waiting for the delivery driver all day and i went to a ctt location twice they told me it wouldn’t be sent back and that i could get it from a store if it can’t be delivered to my home and now it’s on the way back to the sender thank you for nothing i would give 0 stars if it was possible waited for a month for this package

Encomenda parada em armazém mais de um mês. Encomenda de dia 17
De janeiro e dia 4 de Março e continua sem ser entregue. Na estação dos CTT desde dia 19 de janeiro. É o pior serviço de transportadora que vi até hoje. Não recomendo!

Acabei de abrir a porta ao estafeta que nao me entregou a encomenda e foi embora por ser no 7° andar se eu pago é para ter a minha encomenda em casa.
Vou fazer uma reclamação por escrito porque isto nao pode ser assim.

Simplesmente serviço mais deplorável e ineficaz de sempre!
Existem outras opções se não quiserem perder tempo!

I finally have to accept that my package has been stolen. I had hoped that it would turn up eventually but after 4 months I have to accept the worst. It was an autopilot for a boat worth €600, repaired in Portugal and posted to an address in Tenerife at a cost of €70. The paperwork from the sender shows that it arrived somewhere in Tenerife, I have been to their office in Tenerife but nobody can tell me more than that. There is no tracking number. What a terrible system.

Horrible, they did nothing to help with my lost package.

Péssimo, pedi para a minha encomenda ir para a loja dos ctt e entregaram num sítio completamente diferente

Já nem vale a pena referir o sistema de entregas, em casa, inexistente. Enviei uma encomenda, que não sei o que lhe fizeram, molhou-se, danificaram um livro e, apesar da minha reclamação, tiveram a distinta lata de dizer que chegou assim aos serviços. Esta parte, é que me tirou do sério, pois não corresponde minimamente à verdade.

CTT’s website is frequently dysfunctional and creates unnecessary problems for customers.

The “Create a Shipment” page often does not work, especially on Sundays, showing “500 ERROR” messages or failing in other ways. This makes it impossible to complete shipments online.

At CTT post offices, customers are required to use the website for certain types of shipments, particularly those with insurance. However, when the website fails (which happens often), the only alternative offered is to pay an additional fee of around €3 to a CTT employee to process the shipment manually. This feels unfair, as customers are being charged extra for technical failures that are not their fault.

Even worse, when attempting to ship a small letter online, the system sometimes automatically selects an “Express” shipment costing around €73 without clearly presenting standard or cheaper options. This is not properly disclosed at the beginning of the process, leaving customers misled into paying an excessive amount for a service they did not intend to choose.

This website design feels deceptive and exploitative. It should be transparent, functional, and provide clear choices to consumers. In its current state, it appears to encourage overcharging and disadvantages customers who simply want to send a basic shipment.

Overall, this is unacceptable service for a national postal provider and reflects very poorly on CTT’s commitment to fair and reliable customer service.

Uma empresa que tem tanto de grandeza como de falha. Assistência por telefone e online horrível, não resolvem assunto nenhum e ainda dizem para entregar a encomenda pessoalmente numa loja (encomenda essa, que agendei e paguei a recolha em casa). Uma lastima de empresa

Honestly if I could give this company a zero , I would. They strsss me out so much with their lack of communication, and when they do communicate, they solve nothing. They just repeat the same things back to you that you already know
