Took 4 weeks to come, once arrived, tap broke after the 2nd go, wouldn’t refund even though you’re entitled to one by law within 30days. A case has been against them from my bank. Please do yourself a favour and buy from elsewhere.

Item was much smaller that website images and poor quality
Made in china and not suitable for under 3years ( not stated in description)
Long delivery time
Would never order again
Did complain was was offered 20% refund to keep item as customer pays return postage and they say the return process is slow and not eco friendly

Ordered two baby back packs all in one crib utter rubbish says it folds into the back pack with easy assemble and folds into the back pack. It is a joke Will certainly not be handing them to expecting mums Don’t purchase one of these items

I ordered a mother duck and babies that woddled along. Took ages to arrive and I received one duck in a box covered in Chinese writing! I sadly thought this was a decent company, more fool me!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY ❌

How I wish I had read the reviews of this SHAM company before I ordered. No goods arrived. Tracking system firstly took me to a delivery from China. By email they said I had got the wrong tracking number (Perhaps their own one giving the game away that it was not the little private company their website lies about) I instructed the bank to withdraw payment as none of their obligations met. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Stop do not order eneything from this company my order came and half off the order was missing parts. They offered me part refund which never came. They are sending me the same email saying you will get a refund in 2 days wot a joke.

Ordered a baby hip seat carrier 9th March, received on the 24th March had plenty of updates on delivery. Was pleased with what was delivered never had any problems

Absolutely rubbish. Took forever to arrive. Wrong package. Sent a replacement not working. Now suggesting I accept 20 percent back and gift the package to someone else!

Although I received my order eventually after not receiving any confirmation email so they breached their own policies and I also had no tracking details (another breach); trying to communicate with the company is beyond awful.
The number provided is in Germany so unless you’re willing to pay the charges from England to Germany, you have to email.

I asked for instructions on how to fold the tent back into its original bag as no YouTube video seems to work with the design of this tent (one small ring at the top and one big ring at the bottom) and I keep getting emails explaining how to return the item and that they don’t usually accept returns because it’s costly (it’s come from China). I don’t think they speak English so are translating but it clearly is not translating!

Save yourself the headache and avoid.

I placed an order for a kids bed light, took 30 days to be delivered from China and when it arrived and was unboxed the front of the light keeps falling of making it unsafe.

Don’t waste your time buying anything from this company.

Probably one of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with!
My Grandson had been very poorly over a 3 week period and it was over this time my daughter asked me to order a baby soother.
Generic email after generic email sent back to me when I began to ask where the product was. Each reply was 3-5 working days. It didn’t arrive for weeks by which time my Grandson had recovered.
I asked for a goodwill refund as it still hadn’t arrived and this was now weeks later. Generic email reply!
Shoddy goods when it did arrive. Cheap and certainly not worth the £20 which apparently was reduced from just under £50!!!!
I would highly recommend people do not use this company!

As with the other reviews, I realised too late the order was coming from China. Very slow delivery (too late for my son’s birthday), denial that they are based in China, despite the tracking coming from there, and a very polite but almost certainly AI customer service who constantly placate without answering questions. I’m waiting to see if the order eventually arrives, at which point I will attempt to return it as I had to buy gifts elsewhere because this took so long. But I’m not holding my breath..,

Should have read the reviews here first. Still waiting for my order, some 3 weeks later. Website falsely designed as this high quality small business operating from Germany. That it is NOT! Shipping from China, I expect the quality will be poor, bot written response to my complaint email. Avoid.

Awful experience - do NOT buy anything from their website. They’ve sent me Temu or SHEIN product, overpriced and poor quality. Refund impossible and communication really bad too. Never again

Very similar to others’ experience. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They claimed the colour I ordered wasn’t in stock so sent me an alternative. Over a month later it still hasn’t arrived. I asked for a refund and their email responses are almost definitely a bot.

I should have read these reviews before buying from these scammers. I placed an order and it just never arrived. Had I not followed up or forgotten about it, they would have gotten away with a sale and not sending my order! I contacted them asking where it is, only for them to tell me they didn’t have the colour I wanted in stock. (Bull!) So I asked them to cancel the order and refund me immediately as I know my consumer rights. They tell me they can’t do that because “they have already prepared the order for shipment?” How does that make any sense if there was no product in the first place? I threatened to report them and then they respond with a template saying someone from the team will get back to me on the next steps for my refund. I followed up again and again and same template reply was sent. (What did I expect from a gmail account…not even a professional business email) So I reported them to my bank. Fraudsters! Stay far away!!

I ordered a toy that was ‘reduced from £100 to £50. It arrived damaged. I am still going with a 20 email exchange to get my money back and shipping paid for. I’m pretty sure their customer service person is a bot as often the don’t even answer what I have asked and talk about products I haven’t ordered.
The item I had ordered was a gift so I looked for another retailer - Amazon were selling the same item for £15.

Only given one star because I can’t give none. If I could, I’d give them negative stars.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - this company is a Chinese scammer masquerading as a German company. Their products are appalling & their customer service is zero - mainly AI designed to keep asking questions to avoid dealing with your problem- which is the really bad quality of their goods.

They look legitimate but their real aim is to sell you crap and when you complain offer a “goodwill discount” of 20%, then 30%, then 40% to “save”you the cost of returning the item to them “for inspection”. In reality, sending goods back to China will require you to pay postage + customs charges - which they know and exploit.

USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND CLAIM BACK AGAINST IT WHEN YOUR ITEMS ARRIVE - BUT BETTER STILL, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

I placed an order on a play tent, and only after placing my order did I realise that all the wonderful reviews on the website probably are false as the rating on TrustPilot is really poor.

This prompted me to contact customer service and cancel the order, but I was told that the parcel had already been shipped (this was on the same day as ordering). The parcel arrived after 18 days.

The play tent is intact, but the material is polyester and the stitching is visible and poor. It doesn't look as nice as the pictures but it will suffice. The tent sticks are made from plastic and could very easily break. I don't think this tent will last more than one season.

From the tracking information I received it is clear that the product comes from China. The website gives the impression that the toys are made in Germany. This is clearly not the case and seems like false advertising.

Normally I would return, but from the reviews on TrustPilot it seems to be a difficult/ pointless exercise...

So will keep it - but cold wash it before use to get rid of any chemical residues.
