Web site is difficult and does not…

Web site is difficult and does not express clarity. It should be made double apparent for the first time user that it’s possible to just order half a stick. Often websites direct a person to think about what else may be desired or needed with a choice of an item. Ex. I ordered a cue but not a butt. When it arrived I realized my mistake and reached out to an email. A phone number would have been appreciated. No one responded, so I tried to order a butt. Then another cue arrived. At this point I reached out again via email. I did finally receive an email stating that I needed to either order butts from Vietnam and wait two to three weeks or pick a set . I picked a set and sent images as I was asked and never heard back. I complained and did hear back from another person, but neither did what I asked and that was to take a personal interest and help me figure out what I wanted based on what you have and my level of play. I still have two cues that I don’t think are very different from each other and no butt. Not to mention I have no idea what I have in terms of the tips level of hardness. I asked that a couple of times as well. I’d like to know how to return these items for a refund .

After reviewing your case, it appears that the items ordered were cue shafts only rather than complete cues. We understand how this could be confusing, especially for newer players, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We also found that our last email regarding exchange options was sent on May 18th, but it appears you may not have received it. We apologize for the communication gap.

We're still happy to help resolve the situation. We have previously offered options to exchange the shafts for complete cues or to provide matching cue butts to complete the setup, and our team would be glad to continue assisting you with either solution.

You guys sent me the wrong cue

You guys sent me the wrong cue...it was the correct style design but yall didn't send me the correct dimensions. I clicked on 11.8mm shaft and 3/8x10 joint. Y'all sent me the standard promo dimensions from the website. I like to keep all of my cues with the same dimensions so I can interchange the shafts and now i have a black sheep that I can't do anything with.
