I own several predator cues. I have found myself reaching for this cue over the others. Superior product. Highly recommend!
Kupiłem butt do moich szczytówek jflowers. Niestety nie pasuje średnica gdyż ma 21,5 mm a moje szczytówki 21,4 mm. Napisałem do nich że chce zwrócić butt. W odpowiedzi napisali że nie mogę zwrócić gdy... もっと見る

Cue is fine but customer service isn’t
The cue is fine but the slow and step filled customer service made this a difficult purchase. Being that the company is not in the US, has no phone number you can call, or chat customer service available it makes for difficult communication and resolution of issues.

Hi John,
Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the cue itself, but we’re sorry the overall service experience did not meet your expectations.
As an international company, we currently provide support mainly through email, and we understand that this can sometimes feel slower or less convenient compared to local phone support. We’re actively working on improving our response time and customer communication to make the process smoother for our customers in the US and worldwide.
We truly appreciate your patience, and the time you took to share this feedback with us. Comments like yours help us identify where we need to improve, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Hi Doug,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re very glad to hear you’re happy with the quality of the cue.
We also apologize for the difference in delivery time between the shaft and the butt. The shaft was shipped from our available stock, while the butt was a made-to-order item produced specifically for your order at our factory in Vietnam, which required additional production time before shipment.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope you enjoy the complete setup now that everything has arrived safely.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service, quick and appropriate response to customer concerns AND a quality product...if anyone is looking to upgrade your cues to affordable, quality equipment, I recommend the Zluk player and the Evo breaker.
