I forgot to change my shipping address and reached out to the Culture Kings team. I received an email from Culture Kings with the changed address and it was very easy on my end to change it. Ailean made this process very smooth and easy for me!

I called up the company early in the morning g to request for my order to be changed before being processed. There I got in touch with Donna who, off the bat, was lovely and greeted me with warmth and friendliness, it made the whole experience more comfortable! She was able to fulfil my request as well which is something I am grateful for to this day! I was impressed how well Donna communicated and how efficient her work was. Definitely will order from Culture King again and I know now that if I ever have an issue about something, Culture King has the staff well equipped to deal with it.

Donna has been nothing short of AMAZING ! I panicked and bought the wrong size shoe for my partner and she got in and helped me fixed it right away, she’s an absolute angel and couldn’t have made the process any more simple !

I made a mistake ordering, within a few hours Donna had stopped the original order from being processed and created a new order for me, superstar!

I needed to change my shoe size in my order and Donna was able to get my request in and change the size for me. She was a massive help and I’m very thankful she was able to sort me out!

I had an old address on my account. I didn’t check before confirming payment. I emailed customer care and Gabby quickly and very kindly changed my shipping address to my new one.

I genuinely wanted to love this store. I'd been getting TikTok affiliate advertisements for them for a while, so I started getting shirts from them advertised as "refundable samples". I have sold 14 shirts for them through my videos (as in people have bought them from my video reviews). The shirts are actually pretty good. Here's the problem, they're not honoring the refundable sample and they've now ghosted me. I feel like they told me it was being sent to management to review my case so I'd miss my return window. It's been going on 10 days since their last reply..

Great experience Everytime with Culture Kings. I’ve ordered multiple hats and all of them have been amazing. One time I had an issue with a hat and I worked with Gabby and she immediately resolved the issue and had a new hat to me with express shipping! Highly recommend!
