Culture Kings is known for their Outstanding clothing line but the service I received from Donna! Was beyond impressed with the quality and efficiency of her service☺️

On completion of my order, I realised that I had ordered the wrong colour, I contacted the Company to explain what had happened. I was contacted straight away by a lady named Donna, I felt she went over and above to help me cancel my order and she also organised my refund, which went back into my account the next day.

I ordered the wrong size and reached out for help, Donna made this process super easy and I’m so grateful for how professional and sufficient the reply’s and results were!! Best service ever thank you heaps!!

Gabby did an awesome job of helping me rectify a mistake I made on my order.

Donna was super helpful and fast about helping me update the shipping address on my order when I made a mistake. Thank you so much she made my day and made sure I got my package to the right spot!

Customer service was fantasic, Marleyah was amazing and amended a fault I made in my order swiftly.

I ordered a pair of Air Force 1 07 and I ordered the wrong size. So I sent a email to ask if I could change the sizes and Ailean the next day put a new order in for me for the right size!!

Alphonsine was amazing. Very helpful and super efficient. My situation for delivery could have ended up very convoluted and challenging but because of quick action it was solved almost immediately.

I ordered 2 hats on June 24th for $80+ dollars, and never received them. The order said they were damaged and couldn't deliver. I've been trying to get resolutions from Culture Kings to no help. I received an email saying they would look into it and they have not responded to my follow up emails. This is a terrible situation because I wanted the hats for a Bday.

Gabby was really helpful and resolved my issue fast and efficiently!

I ordered the wrong size on a chain and sent an email through hoping I could change the size, Donna went above and beyond to help me out, she even checked on it later to confirm it's the size I wanted. Very happy with Culture Kings and the chain looks awesome, thanks Donna!

I forgot to change my shipping address and reached out to the Culture Kings team. I received an email from Culture Kings with the changed address and it was very easy on my end to change it. Ailean made this process very smooth and easy for me!

I called up the company early in the morning g to request for my order to be changed before being processed. There I got in touch with Donna who, off the bat, was lovely and greeted me with warmth and friendliness, it made the whole experience more comfortable! She was able to fulfil my request as well which is something I am grateful for to this day! I was impressed how well Donna communicated and how efficient her work was. Definitely will order from Culture King again and I know now that if I ever have an issue about something, Culture King has the staff well equipped to deal with it.
