I am a new tenant and I've just had my tenancy review done by Melanie Ben Khadhra, who was very professional! She helped me resolve any issues straight away and was polite with a friendly manner. It was all done via Microsoft teams at a time and date convenient for me, so no need for anyone to come out to the property.

I have visited the Hive Peasedown St John for help with my computer skills. Sheena Archer held a Drop in for computer help.
I found it very helpful and informative and very well worth the hour I spent there. Thank you.

I spoke with SHEENA ARCHER Today she is patient friendly and knows her stuff to the nth degree. In a very short while she put me on track to use my apple phone properly. I am amazed at the way she sorted my problem with E E and not only that, gave me the confidence to use my appliance to its full capacity. I could not access my email, She efficiently sorted that too. She showed me video calling , and all sorts of applications I didn’t know existed. It will change my life very much for the better. Thank you Sheena.

Melanie came to my flat to carry out my tenancy review and was brilliant. She was extremely kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly to me. Exceptional customer service thank you, Melanie!

She has helped me with financial issues, making phone calls and checking my post so I don’t get confused. She got me a lovely new carpet and I am so grateful

Curo trespassing onto our property with their gutters. There property hasn’t there own run off for rain water so they trespass onto our property and use our down pipe which isn’t designed for two houses worth of water. Creating flooding in every story of our house. Contacted Curo who said it’s not there issue when it clearly is.

Jack Edwards the Electrician came today to sort out an issue with our bathroom fan. He arrived within the time frame given. Was well presented, very polite and after looking at the fan he explained the issue and swiftly fixed the problem. Excellent advocate for Curo

Tony Bishop notified us before he came,arrived when he said he would,already knew about the problem,informed me exactly what the problem was,looked at the problem went and got the necessary materials and repaired it very quickly.Very pleasant,very polite man.

All round very pleased.I spoke with a man called Joe.He was extremely polite and friendly while also being professional.I had some problems however curo very much dealt with that almost instantly. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and answered any questions and Kyle was extremely helpful showing me around!

Claude came to fix and had to replace the taps.

He was really friendly and easy to get on with. He also cleared up after himself.

Pete and Dan were brilliant today, great communication and professionalism though out our new kitchen floor being laid. Removed cooker promptly at 8AM and reinstalled cooker later in the day. Top lads 5 star rating

Michelle Sage who dealt with my mutual exchange was brilliant. Made things happen as quicky she possibly could with excellent communication with myself, the other tenants and housing associations. Her efficiency, care, good humour and professionalism really helped me with the process. Greatful for her time and efforts she put in.

Sarah Bayliss from lettings has been very helpful and kind during the course of being offered my flat to the very end. She let me know what was happening every step of the way, and made sure everything was done as quickly but efficiently as possible. Really glad I had Sarah help me with every step of the way.

The Gas Engineer Phil came out to fix my boiler.
He phoned me before and was very prompt.
He was polite did a great job whilst fixing and doing all the checks...

Had Pete wheeler & Koran Campbell come do my lounge ceiling today they was absolutely fantastic polite respectful kind caring cleaned up everything went above & beyond thank you both very much :)

Nick and rob came and done some work at my property they done a amazing job very friendly helpful really nice guys nothing was to much trouble for them

Kia Stevens came today to wire up my new boiler, he was friendly and efficient. Now my boiler works and it’s absolutely marvellous. Thank you Kia

I’m currently receiving support from Tasha whose part of the Independent Living Service,
She’s making a big difference to my wellbeing, easy to talk to, kind and knowledgeable at locating the right services, she helped me with decluttering, she helps me feel motivated, has a great understanding of what it’s like to live with a traumatised mind, non judgmental so it’s comfortable to talk about difficult things. I’m really benefiting from having her support and I’d recommend this service to anyone struggling with their mental health. 5 star support would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was contacted by Melanie via video link to review my tenancy and conduct a flat tour, I would like to say that although I had problems with my phone's camera she was very understanding and patient with me through out the call. Melanie was also very clear when she explained what was going to happen next. I made a note of the new development and she also managed to resolve my issue regarding access to the communal room/launderette. I had no idea that I could use my front door key.
