Excellent Support and Service

We would like to say a huge thank you to Neil Rogers for his incredible support and help with our community project.

Neil played a very important role in helping us secure a grant to create a community garden, which will be a wonderful benefit for everyone in our local community. He also supported us throughout the process of restoring our community fence, which was in very poor and damaged condition.

We really appreciate Neil’s professionalism, excellent communication, and commitment to helping us bring these projects to life. His service was outstanding from start to finish, and he was always helpful, approachable, and easy to communicate with.

Thank you, Neil, for all your hard work and support. We truly appreciate everything you have done for our community and would highly recommend your service to others!

Brilliant job - carried out swiftly & professionally & Nick tidied up well afterwards.
Would like to add that Nick was friendly & polite & worked in this extremely hot temperature to complete the job.

This is to praise my account manager Chloe McGowran. Chloe has been amazing whilst I’ve been having some issues. She has been kind, sensitive and caring and so helpful. Chloe is a credit to Curo. Not only does she listen, Chloe also made me feel heard and valid. Thankyou so so much

Barrie visited my flat to carry out a repair and was punctual, helpful, considerate and efficient. He did a great job.
The cause of the repair needed a referral to an outside company and he was happy to do this.

Mel has helped me a lot with enquiries and my tenancy if I had any problems I can always go to her for advise and she always try her best to help me where she can and find the info I need she’s very approachable

I cannot thank Curo enough for all the support I received throughout my journey to finding and moving into my new home.

A very special thank you to Patsy, Rowan, Joe and Jacob. Each of them played an important part in making this process possible. They were all incredibly professional, kind, patient and supportive from beginning to end.

A special thank you to Patsy and Rowan, who worked together to support me and my daughters throughout the process. They went above and beyond to help us and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier for our family.

Joe was extremely professional and supportive when helping us with the tenancy, and Jacob also played an important role in making everything come together.

Moving home can be a very stressful and overwhelming experience, but having such a fantastic team supporting us made a huge difference. They treated me and my daughters with kindness, respect and understanding throughout the whole journey.

I am now happily in our new home, and I am extremely grateful to everyone at Curo who helped make this possible.

I am really impressed with Curo’s customer service and the condition of the property they have recently handed over to me. It has been painted white through out and has a brand new kitchen, bathroom and boiler.

I spoke to Joe who is a letting agent. He was so friendly, efficient & helpful and he worked very quickly to get the tenancy signed asap. I am so grateful after being homeless for a long time.

Also, Kim is helping me to get back on my feet and apply for grants to get white goods, etc. I’m so appreciative of the help and can’t thank you all enough

Just wanted to leave feedback that Kevin did an excellent job at carrying out an Electrical replaced broken light in the front of my house today. I’m satisfied with bright new light and how well it works at night time. He was friendly, reliable, excellent at communicating. The work was carried out very efficiently and Kevin obviously has a high level of knowledge and experience.

My ILS support worker Jo B has been an amazing help for my husband and me. It has been a relief and break from everyday life when we go shopping and coffee. We've been able to get out with Jo, instead of being stuck in the house. She has been a great enabler. We are going to miss her.

Neil Rogers was absolutely wonderful in helping me and I am extremely grateful to him. He was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. He is an exceptional member of staff.

Sheena Archer is Very kind and understanding lady. Knows her job very well and sorted our problems out. Recommend her highly. I think it's nice to have a person like Sheena who comes around to help us with paperwork and calls etc. Many thanks Robert and Colin Fisher.

Joe Issac and Lynn Quick were the main Staff that dealt with my transfer. Joe initially spoke to me. He was clear and informative and let me know exactly what to expect. He returned my calls in a timely manner and his freindly manner made it easy to talk to him.
Lynn, my housing officer met me at the property. Her manner and obvious people skills meant that I was able to relax and feel comfortable with her.
I have a number of diagnosed conditions which mean I struggle with people and find it extremely difficult to trust people and maintain my composure around them. Especially with people in "authority". I was dreading the interactions with them but was pleasantly surprised and very relieved after my interactions with them.

I have been a tenant of theirs for 15 years.
i have been trying to get them to do repairs to their building for over years years now, still waiting on essential repairs!
mould, blown plasterwork, kitchen in shambles, subsidence, rotten roof beams, shoddy plumbing, to name a few problems here.
they have no care to disabled tenants, no care of the property or real maintenance. they do not care when mould issues cause breathing issues and all of the children living in these flats have breathing issues related to the mould problems.
great at taking rent, not so good when it comes to upholding their end of the contract.

Neil Rogers has always been exceptionally helpful.
He is always ready to help with any situation, and his advice has been very constructive. And nothing is too much trouble

Hi assistance has been invaluable, and surely he must be one of your most efficient, and most likeable members of your staff.

Paul Shearer gave me hope when I was homeless and over many years of temporary housing. He always made time for me and his patience and kindness got me through some dark days. He is genuinely a really nice guy and great at his job, he stayed with me through the whole process from beginning to end, i can't thank him enough 😊😊😊
