Currys - Ashford レビュー 

Absolutely awful!

I have always held a lot of respect for currys employees but on this occasion I have never been more enraged. I spent 10 minutes looking for a particular item and I asked for help, I was told they are not able to help me as they need their managers approval, this i respected as I just assumed they had a new triangle system for the staff.

I then had to wait over 30 minutes standing infront of the item I wanted because a a manager needed to open a door with a lock.

I decided to approach a staff member to asked why someone wasnt able to just open the door and be done with it but I was met with "im just a new starter i dont need to help anyone". I then clearly stated that your a staff member regardless of how long you've worked here, I was only asking for help.

He decided to continue taking a tone with me and I found out that he was doing this infront of the manager who did not seem to have any issue with how the "new starter" was talking to customers. (It was not only me he was talking to like this)

I then decided to wait a further 10 minutes for this one item before receiving sarcastic remarks for other employees and a few dirty looks before I finally walked out.

Never have i ever been treated like this in this particular currys and the staff are normally top quality. But for some reason on this occasion they had no issue treating their customers with no respect.

I will be going elsewhere from now on unfortunately as I simply dont feel comfortable going back into this store.

I was looking for washing drying machine and I was served by young person Krystian who provided exepcional service. Helpful, knowledgeable.

When in to the curry stone and Steve who help us in Ashford Kent went out of his way to help me and my mum and dad

Done a very good job will use again my laptop is working brilliant.

Our sales lady who i belive was skye went over and beyond to help even thou she was losing her voice.
We could praise her enough.

The first man I greeted as I was trying to buy a hoover in your Ashford, Kent branch, was so intent on doing his job as floor manager that he made me feel a little as though I was an inconvenience. Jordan who then joined me was brilliant, he gave me time and the advice I needed to choose the right hoover and then helped me to the car with it.

We was made very welcome at Curry's Ashford everything was explained so we could understand. All the team members were friendly and helpful!

No problems the men took away my old machine and let me quickly wash the floor where it stood as I couldn’t move it,put my new one in very quickly and efficiently thankyou👍

Terrible
Ordered a washing machine and then dryer only to be told my machine had been delivered to another customer by accident and was also damaged. They told me to ring the store I placed my order in. They asked me if I wanted the machine I asked how damaged is it and they couldn’t say. They were going to let me know.
No number for the store anywhere multiple calls and cut off. I was told stores don’t have a direct number. I gave up and my husband drove to the store at 7:30pm. To be told i refused delivery. Absolutely disgusted I have waited in all day with my 4 month old. We had removed the washing machine ready to have it replaced with the new one. To then be told they lied.
Ashford branch were lovely but we want a refund as you have to drive to store if you have a problem as the call centre are awful and cut you off. It’s a joke no one to deal with an issue as they don’t seem to be able to deal with the store or delivery people directly.

Walked through the door , got in the lift to 1st floor, to the range of washing machines. Picked the one we want, found a salesman, talked us through the options, made sure it was the product we had selected. Picked a delivery date, plus installation and removal of old appliances including all the packaging. Paid in full, we were given a hard copy receipt plus an email copy. Walked out the door, all done within 30 minutes, my type of
