Currys - Birmingham Selly Oak レビュー 

I have visited Curry's Selly Oak twice this week and had a lovely gentleman called Parminder serve me on both occasions. I must say I had the best customer service I have had in a long time.

Ordered online for collection. Had an email within the hour to say ready to pick up. Guy bought the item to the car. Great service

you did all you said you would. Your staff were friendly and courteous, and helpful.

I was very pleased with my recent assistance I received from Selly Oak. The assistant who served me was so very helpful and couldn't fault her the way she looked after me. Her name was Liz and she gets 10 out of 10 from me

Very patient, polite, efficient staff. Very helpful.. Not like home bargains manager beligerent!

I had an excellent experience at Currys thanks to Umesh! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me make an informed decision. His customer service was brilliant. Umesh is a real credit to the Currys team

All was good, but Currys did not let me know the phone had arrived. When I received a message asking me how I was enjoying the phone, it was the first indication it was in the shop! All good though.

My order was placed on 30/9 ,supposed to be delivered to the store on 2/10. Still no confirmation ov delivery, nobody has contacted me to say when my order will be in store.
Can’t get through to customer services on the phone. The web chat is full of idiots that never really answer your questions.

I ordered a laptop and charger online to pick up on a Thursday. I waited until 5pm on the day of pick up and was still yet to receive an email confirming my product was ready to collect. I rang the Curry's central number and was advised it would be ready by the Friday (when I was not availabile for pick up) and was advised to contact the store directly. They were unable to give me this number.

It turned out that there was no number available for contacting the store directly and I instead had to be connected to a video call with a salesperson. They advised my laptop should be ready no later than 5pm but could not confirm this.

I went to the store hoping the laptop would be ready. I was helped and advised brilliantly by Lizzie. She apologised for the lack of communication from Currys and sorted out the fact that the charger had not arrived with the laptop. She also helped me to select extra accessories for the laptop such as an external CD drive. Her professionalism and courtesy were outstanding and I wish I could give her a separate review to my overall experience as she was easily a 5-star employee.

Overall, I was unimpressed by Curry's telephone and internet support and their lack of communication, but very impressed by the in-store assistance at the Selly Oak branch.

Honestly the staff interaction was appalling i went to counter to put order in for something the girl pressed her headset and said to another staff member could they come and serve me she then went away i was left waiting for several minutes and after a while a male staff walked passed and asked if i was being dealt i told him not sure i asked him about student discount he said they dont i explained i had it previously when purchased various things from the Highgate store his response was well why dont i go there a girl then arrived he left and so did I as i was disgusted as to the way i had been dealt with

Happy with my recent purchase, sales representative was Umesh.
Great service from him, informative and knowledgeable about the best items for my requirements.

So disappointed with the salesman who saved us today 27/9@ 15:30. Very rude young man, no greeting tried to give my ref as normal he did not want it but wanted to know what I had ordered I said the ref will tell you what I ordered and he said it’s not how you do it. I have always shown the salesman my ref and got my parcels that’s way. we argued about my name, my surname was the name to him no wonder he could not see my parcel. Muthi did not want to take the reference number gave him my name he could not get it came back for the second time now demanded my initial. Muthi you are a let down to Curry’s lovely staff who are always willing to help. Good luck to your rude and your abrupt salesman skills
