Fast efficient service. Very friendly guy served me

Kept me informed about the delivery and lifted the product directly to where I want it.

Jamie the sales person was excellent, gave lots of advice and made the buying so easy 100%

Easy ordering online & good to get a bit of discount. staff were okay on collection although there were quite a few people waiting & 2 computers wernt working so it wasn’t very professionally handled in store. Anyhow got the present for our Grandaughter so just hope she likes it.

Extremely helpful and informative staff to assist the selection and purchase of appliances in store, followed by speedy delivery and an excellent installation service.

Went to buy a carpet cleaner today and got seen striate away by Jamie he was happy to help from looking at them talking us through it then made the purchase with him great customer service and well mannerd give him a 10 out 10

Where to start ok purchased a new cooker with installation came on the agreed day installed the cooker and told my wife that he had had to modify units as cooker never fitted i came home from work to find the micro wave above collapsed on top of the oven now my first point of contention is it did not fit why make it fit the oven in was working it could have been explained and we would have waited for a replacement that would fit so contact curry's to be told they would repair on Tuesday a week later so given this i took the day off work waiting no message by lunchtime i rang to be told that they had been notified it had changed to Thursday would have been nice if they had told me anyway they came on Thursday fixed as best they could blamed the kitchen fitter who fitted the kitchen and not the chap who came first which I found rather funny if it weren't so annoying so fast forward 5 weeks of me having to drive 20 plus mile round to store as every time I rang was told you purchased instore you need to go to store curry's look at my fusion account you'll see what I have had to deal with that's there internal complaints anyway 5 weeks of nothing finally ended today with a phone call from there complaints department in Sheffield to be told sorry don't really know what's going can explain really why are you ringing then anyway I did explain to be told you are very sorry and would like to offer me 20 pounds compensation what a a joke and yes I understand your not responsible for my wages but when you make an appointment to come and fix problems of your making and then change and fail to notify me of the changes forcing me to take another day off I belive it is your responsibility as I said I'm done small claims court and the posting of this all I've got left to say I would also like to add the chap called Dean in the Blackpool store has been brilliant done all he could curry's your really letting down good front facing staff I'm posting this it's not a rant it's my experience the moneys the money it's what happens when things go wrong you should be thinking of next time you shop at currys

Helpful staff and great prices

All the staff are always very helpful and friendly. Service and delivery always first class. I would recommend Currys to everybody.
