I purchased a Hoover washing machine…
I purchased a Hoover washing machine lass than 3 months ago and it has broken down already. I went back to Currys, who told me there was nothing they can do to help and advised me to contact Hoover directly. All they did was give me a phone number to call. I expect a company who is selling goods to be able to offer a replacement and help to resolve the situation but they were utterly useless.
I will not be wasting my money buying from them in the future. I am so disappointed with their so called customer service. I still do not have a working washing machine!

Excellent experience with Ahmed
I walked into the Brentford store not having a clue as to what I was purchasing. But Ahmed made my whole experience very comfortable and I did not feel like I was being pressurised into buying anything just for him to make a sale.
In fact he did his utmost best to ensure that I did not spend over my budget and I felt like I came away with the best product of all.
He also went above and beyond to ensure that another store that I had to go to had the laptop ready for when I got there when he realised that his own store did not have any left in stock.
Overall, his customer services skills were second to none and is a credit to the Brentford branch.
