The men from curry’s were very good and had the fridge freezer installed very quickly I am very pleased with it. It could not have gone any better.

Always great experience you get to choose your delivery date and they take your old one away for a small fee and the delivery men very friendly and chatty.

I found ordering on line difficult but that’s probably because I’m 97 next month .I had a query about meds left in the removed fridge your assistant was very helpful

Was served by a gentleman named Daniel in Culverhouse Cross(Cardiff) was extremely helpful even when the kids were playing hide and seek he was polite and very professional in knowing exactly what he was talking about when I purchased a television there,thank you Dan

Great range of products as always. The member of staff who advised me on a laptop and a washing machine was absolutely great! He gave honest and practical advice and at no point tried to sell me the most expensive models. He listened and suggested, which is exactly what I wanted. He checked the new stock in case my laptop had been delivered that morning - it had - so I didn't have to go back to collect. He was very knowledgeable about the products discussed and actually listened to requirements. Because he wasn't 'pushy' with the sale of the laptop, and found me a reasonably priced one, I also bought a washing machine (which I had to do in the next couple of weeks anyway). Again, sensible advice, considered recommendations and sat down with me to go through online options to find exactly what was required. Thank you Louis!!

Appalling service in the Culverhouse store this evening. So poor, we left the item behind. Tried to raise a complaint via live chat however, could not speak with an agent and diverted to call customer services where I spent 20 mins on hold having to listen to a message stating I could chat via live chat if I didn't want to wait, when this service was unavailable. Making it hard to raise an issue. Poor service all round

I did not receive an email stating my laptop was ready for pick up.

When cold calling i to the shop theee days later they advised ‘oh yes there was an issue with no reminder emails being sent out’ . I fail to understand if this was q known problem there was no attempt to contact customers. Very poor service

Enjoy buying electrical products from curry's brilliant products and really good quality and affordable prices including delivery and friendly delivery staff plus you can spread the cost also definitely recommend
