Excellent service
The member of staff who served me, understood exactly my requirements and advised on the TV and soundbar that would be most suitable. He was polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
The order came the next day. I was sent an email with a 1 hour window on the morning of the delivery and the driver arrived exactly on time. Very prompt service.

Was told item was in store ,was purchased and paid for at 7.50pm they went to look and were still looking at 8.25, could not find it ,was purchased at chichester store and staff moaning they wanted to go home,this was over heard by person who took me,got phone call next day to say they did not have it ,asked if another store did and 1 was found in little Hampton which I went and collected staff in this store were excellent, staff member a young lad gave excellent service as only been working there 6 months and so was the lovely Girl who sorted this out for me.

Delivery of washing machine
Went to Chichester currys on Sunday 13th September to buy a new washing machine we choose a candy they said we would have to wait for delivery min 10 days but today thursday 17th September had phone call to say machine would be delivered today brilliant service from store to delivery men very helpful & friendly

Currys in Chichester: James was so helpful and personable and made what I anticipated would be a dull experience, being persuaded to buy bigger and better, was actually quite fun and very straightforward. He's very professional whilst also being genuine and interested. He understood the brief and got it done 10/10
