Efficient staff....competitive pricing
GREAT.? I wouldn't describe buying a washing machine great.....but the staff in the shop were helpful and it didn't take long to complete paperwork. The installer was on time and completed the installation speedily.

Andreea absolutely brilliant
I had a wonderful shopping experience at Curry's Wimbledon. The customer service representative Andreea is absolutely brilliant, very understanding, professional and competent she has excellent product knowledge if l could give more stars then l would. To the Management of Curry's PLEASE make ANDREEA a manager as she made my experience stress free as l did not know which chromebook to buy.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience – avoid if you need something delivered on time
We went into Currys to buy a birthday present for our son — a laptop. The model we wanted wasn’t available in store, so a member of staff kindly placed the order online for us. We paid extra for special delivery, expecting a straightforward purchase.
What happened next was anything but straightforward.
The laptop never arrived. When we contacted Currys, we were told that due to an error in their system, they couldn’t actually locate the order — despite the payment having gone through. We were told it was essentially a “ghost order.”
Customer service then promised that someone would call us back within 24 hours. Five days later, still no call, no update and no resolution.
We called again, only to be told to “sit tight” and wait some more.
This is an incredibly poor customer experience, particularly when you’re buying a birthday present for a child and have specifically paid extra for delivery. The money has been taken, the order has apparently disappeared into their system, and nobody seems able to take ownership of resolving it.
Way to go, Currys!
