Promised rerund not happening despite several visits to store and false promises

Was kept informed and delivery was on time and the delivery men were polite and friendly

Really easy to find and order opted for the recycle and install of new machine. All the packing taken away. The two men were on time and everything went smoothly.

Item wasnt in stock was told the item be in stock on the 10 by one person from currys now we are being told not in stock till first week of november

I bought 3 items totalling £956. I had £2000 credit with Creation to spend at currys. Only 1 item was available the other 2 are being ordered. I agreed a flexpay deal. That was described as pay as much or as little as you want over a 12 month period and as long as you pay off the full balance within 12 months there would be no interest. I agreed. A day later i get an email from creation to say i owed £126 PER MONTH direct debit, 1st payment November the 16th. I contacted creation who have told me it can take up to 8 weeks to investigate. So i shall be cancelling the whole lot. Be careful that you make sure you are signing for the deal you have been offered and not scammed like this.

It is now 2 days later and i have had a conversation with Currys complaints Dept. I would like to offer them an apology as it was entirely my misunderstanding as to how the payment agreement had come about. Currys had done nothing wrong at all. The complaints Dept didn't make me feel as embarrassed as i was feeling.

I got this wrong not Currys.

As always from Currys, I found the right product and was not pressured into buying anything else. The young staff members who served me were excellent and made me feel valued.

Currys at Cribbs Causeway Bristol. Served by Elan who was extremely informative, on several of the appliances we looked at, very polite and patient. Excellent service given by Elan, would look out for her again on future visits to Curry's.

Delivery was on time and was installed very quickly and set up.

Jacob talked us through the various printer options in a very professional informative way.

I had recieved good advice and assistance from a member of staff called Rob who served me in your store at Cribbs Causeway.

My Wife and I were very pleased indeed with the customer service that we received from "Moshud", when we arrived at the Cribbs Causeway, Bristol store to look at electric cookers. Moshud was very helpful in advising us of the different types and price ranges available, this really helped us make our final decision to purchase a cooker with Currys.
We were also very pleased to receive great text messages after the sale, and a phone call the day before our delivery, which kept us up to date of what was happening with our delivery.
The two engineers who delivered and installed our cooker were impressive as well. They were on time, polite, professional, and very slick, in getting the cooker out of their van, unwrapped, into our flat and fitted with care and efficiency, and gave a detailed brief of how to operate it etc. Well done Currys and your staff, this was an excellent all round bit of customer satisfaction ! Thank you very much.
