I waited 15 min to buy an apple charging cable.But I need to wait for one more customer then obviously I left without buying one.

Service was very professional and most informative.
Delivery was next day and on time.

We really cannot give enough praise for the phenomenal experience we received whilst visiting Curry's last weekend.

Whilst browsing the TV section, we were gently approached by a truly wonderful team member called Lee, who asked if we needed any assistance.

This lead to an in depth conversation as to what we were specifically looking for, as we are very (High End) brand loyal.

Lee is clearly extremely knowledgeable in his field, and demonstrated various models of our favourite brand, pointing out the crucial differences, reliability, price points etc, and whilst discussing the various technicalities and adding a sound bar to the mix we came to our decision without any pressure or manipulation.

Whilst chatting away, one of Lee's friendly colleagues Josh who was in the vicinity, asked if we had considered another brand which we emphatically said no due to brand loyalty, and he asked if we would like a demonstration to compare the 2 TV's.

Both Lee and Josh stated that it was about us getting the best product for our money for what we wanted, and not just selling something for the most money, as customer satisfaction is paramount.

We had full demonstrations of both TV's side by side from Lee and Josh, and what we thought about our first choice being amazing (it truly is), was blown out of the water by the different (High End) brand and it's corresponding sound system. We just couldn't believe the differences for a more competetive price too. Win win all round!

We returned half an hour later after checking our new TV would fit on our wall as it is substantially larger, and went to find Lee and Josh with a big smile on our faces and said we were ready to buy!

We were taken to the till by them both, then Josh went back to the TV section, after stating that if we needed anything else to just go and find him, and we thanked him for everything as we did Lee, and pointed out to their manager who needed to do an over ride for a (nominal) price match what amazing superstars they both are, and an absolute credit to Curry's.

Lee then went through the benefits of the Curry's extended 5 year guarantee, (again with no pressure) and was sad that we didn't accept the offer as we have the same service through our bank.

We picked our free delivery date of our choice, got our receipts, and Lee then helped us to our car with the sound system that was in stock in the store.

4 days later, we have our new shiny TV delivered by the professional, freindly and courteous Dean and Brandon, and we couldn't be happier!

We really appreciated the stellar customer care and dedication to providing the best experience from Lee and Josh, and cannot sing their praises enough. They're an absolute dream team and deserve recognition for their endevours, where they made us feel valued, and only wanted the best for us.

I thought that the advice from Lee was really good, having listened to my requirements provided me with a choice of TV’s with recommendations which allowed me to choose what was best for me, without feeling pressured or coerced into making a particular decision. Lee explained the purchasing process throughout and again allowed me to make choices without being pressured or coerced as it can and has sometimes felt when dealing with larger companies. I’d like to thank the team in making it a comfortable buying experience 👍

Delivered on time

I was really struggling to connect and set up a TV I had purchased for my 95 year old mum who has dementia after her old TV gave up the ghost. She was lost without a TV so I was really anxious to get it working. I went into Doncaster Curry's and was given wonderful support from Adrian who sorted out the problem I had and guided me through the steps I would have to take when I set the TV at mums. Thank you Adrian for you patience and commitment to great customer service.

Fair price and the items were ready to collect as planned.

I had extra insurance for my Beats Flex earphones no quibble garantee and that’s exactly what happened told them they wouldn’t charge an they just swapped them for a new pair brilliant 🙂🙂🙂

Purchased a new printer from Doncaster Currys, however after spending hours trying to set it up I had to return it faulty to be swopped. Not happy that currys sell faulty items and it costs me money to travel back to the shop to swop it. Poor.

I am an old woman and not good with tec but i knew what i wanted and found it easily with all the information I needed, followed the instructions, ordered my item. It arrived in the time specified delivered by post office in good condition. What more could I want.

Brilliant service. Ordered a large appliance at 13.45 and was delivered the following day at 11am. Carefully brought into my house and packaging removed

Two deliveries of goods. The goods were damaged. I'm still waiting for a refund, and no one has contacted me about this. I was promised to contact them within 3 days.
