Delivery was within time quoted and guys were very helpful and courteous, covering their shoes before coming in. They took time to run through instructions on how to use the new television.

The firm you employed to deliver my purchase, made no attempt to contact me when he found my address difficult to find. The driver came twice, at neither time did he PHONE me, despite I was asked for and gave my phone No. at time of purchase. Another thing, I spelt my first name to the lady seeing to me. My name is A L A S T A I R _ not ALISTAIR !!!

Rude staff at Dumfries Curry`s store experience
At Curry`s Dumfries on 30th August my wife purchased a sound box , she had explained that our signal came through a sat dish , the assistant said it will work with any TV but we would need a connecting lead. It did not work & there was a lead in the box anyway. We went back to the store same day , the same assistant said it does work with any TV, so I told her again it does not work & can we have our money back, the assistant went behind the counter & said it does work, the assistant said to me , do not be rude to me, I said to her again it did not work for us & we would like a refund, the assistant then said in a reluctant manner I will give you a refund but there is no need to be rude , the whole experience with this woman assistant was a poor example of customer care , I said we will never buy anything from your Curry`s store again. Why do you employ arrogant & rude staff who back chat customers ? Does Anna needs some customer care training?
At no time was I rude to Anna.
But her attitude to us was dismissive .
