Product was not stocked and would be shipped directly from Russell Hobbs using a third party delivery service. New staff ar Cureys very friendly and helpful although unless they have been there for a while, dont expect them to know about direct deliveries. Also they cannot process orders from system for unstocked direct delivery products. They can only process them using hand held pads but they have their limitations. A bit slow as some of their system is archaic and you would expect them as a tech company to evolve their own internal system but no. Overall decent experience.

The young man who helped us was knowledgeable and was able to find another similar machine as the one we had been looking was not available.

Friendly, efficient service with good knowledge of the range of options.

I was given a good discount, what else can make a customer happier. But, I am particularly grateful to Gouri, who explained everything well, gave us a few options and allowed us plenty of time to decide on the purchase. I did not feel pressurised. Gouri's approach was professional and very gentle - I am very grateful to him, and I love my Dyson. Thank you.

Edward was excellent. He was polite, very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to.

We originally purchased a JBL Speaker 320 on Saturday, but ended up bringing it back on Sunday after realising we were only able to save 5.5% with Currys, while JBL was offering a 20% Blue Light discount. We then decided we wanted to go for the JBL Party Box 720 Speaker instead.

Lorraine was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to talk us through everything and even managed to convince us to purchase it through Currys rather than directly from JBL, explaining that Currys would price match if we found it cheaper elsewhere.

She also went above and beyond when it came to the insurance, explaining all the benefits of the Currys cover, including their 7-day repair service and the option to get our money back if they’re unable to fix it.

Lorraine was incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely lovely throughout the whole experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

She honestly deserves a pay rise because she was fantastic! We can’t thank her enough for all her help, and we really hope this feedback gets passed on to Lorraine because she deserves all the recognition. ❤️

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff about my purchase, and a brilliant attitude towards me.

I returned a faulty air fryer under a 3year no quibble policy.
To my surprise it was exactly that!
Within 20mins I left with a new air fryer.

Very pleased with the price of my white goods, quality and delivery.

I managed to purchase the new Microwave which suited my needs. It was carried across to the checkout for me and I paid accordingly.
However I am nearly 77 years old and whilst I am very fit for my age the microwave was quite heavy and no offer was made by the assistant to offer someone to carry it to my car for me.
I have purchased many things from you over the past 20-30 years and I have defended you to a lot of my friends who think that your service is rubbish. Maybe I now think the same.

The level of service

The sales person, Rashid was very helpful, and sensibly, when he was unsure of the answers to my questions checked with someone more senior.
There was an issue with the pricing label, and Rashid and his manager were able to resolve it. I am delighted with my purchase.
