It’s all about sales
It’s all about sales, the person that looked after us was pleasant enough but it’s clear he was under pressure to sell this and that . It’s a completely capitalistic structure and mindset of Currys that now reflects through their staff regrettably

Wrote to them on August 7th regarding what amounts to misspelling and also failure to deliver on time. No response, and no way to communicate by telephone.

I have had an awful experience
I have had an awful experience with an order+install of a new washer dryer. The appliance was incorrectly installed with feet hanging off the ground, the door was set up misaligned, and they caused a leak. Customer service gives us radio silence. Avoid at all costs.
EDIT: don’t think for a second that their response below is well-intended, they never responded to the email I sent to them.

Currys Guildford very helpful with phone upgrade
Currys Guildford were very helpful when I recently had to replace an old Sony smartphone by a more up-to-date Samsung model. In particular, Mohsin gave me good advice on the change and successfully carried out the transfer of data, in spite of recurring problems with my old phone powering off.
