Staff were very helpful even brought it out right to the van

Everything was good we went in for a cheap cordless vac the young lady was very helpful and pointed in the right direction for the cheapest in stock and with a 3 year replacement plan for £10 less than what it should have been we bought it in fact I went back day after and bought a second one for my sister in law same deal very happy 😊

Great service at Currys from very helpful assistant. Advised on product, price and price reduction. Even carried the product out to my car for me.

The assistant that helped me was very efficient,he did his best to make sure I was happy with my choices, I got a very good deal and left the store happy, I must add the assistant had only been working for the company a few days ,so should be congratulated on his attitude and helpfulness towards the customers.

Was at their Halifax store tonight, really only to ask a question about an online
Item I couldn't get purchased. Wasn't busy with customers by any stretch of the imagination. No one on the service desk, no one on the cash desk. At least three other customers waiting arou d for help. Almost 40 minutes later there was still no one available to assist us, despite being told it would be only a "few minutes". We left without any staff even raising an eyebrow. Hard to think that I'll ever be back to that store.

Product I wanted was in store so I paid for it on line. I went to Wakefield to pick it up. The young lady who served me was pleasant and efficient. She checked if I needed any ink, confirmed that there was ink included with the printer. Explained how I could get ink if I needed more. A very easy, pleasant experience. Thank you

We purchased a small free standing freezer. Staff were helpful and assisted us putting it in our car after quickly going through the paper work

Had very welcome information and attention from a staff member. He appeared to be knowledgeable and wasn't pushy when I was indecided about which model to buy. My decision was influenced somewhat by the fact that at least two models I selected were out of stock. But I'm happy with my purchase

Bought a brand new cooker (hotpoint) instore was given option of currys own care plan and was told if anything wrong with the cooker they would either fix or replace it as soon as anything went wrong .Guess what it wont stay lit at all 2 days old rung currys passed us on to there care team to be told it will be 2 weeks before engineer can look at it they will not replace it untill engineer can look at it so their care plan aint worth a crap basically wont be buying off them ever again appalling service

Your staff member was excellent and patient in getting our two mobile phones up and running. However, there were difficulties getting Whatsapp installed on both. We were given a contact to phone for technical help at home, but the operator was so difficult to understand that I gave up. However, shortly afterwards I did manage to load it on both phones.

Called in to purchase a new phone. They did'nt have the model i required but said they could have one delivered to store within a couple of days. They kept to their word and sure enough i received an email to say i could go to store to pick up my phone. Nice friendly, helpful staff in a great store stocked with all you could wish for in an electrical store. Used them lots of times. Keep up the good work.

Great service quick pick up time

Currys always delivers for us for any tech or household white goods purchases. The staff are always polite and friendly. Halifax is our local store and we are always confident in the products they supply and the staff that help us.

Helpful staff very friendly. Talked me through phones I was comparing to help me decide on the right one. Had the item in stock and assisted with transferring all my data from my old phone. Great service

Delivery was within 2 days of my order which was fantastic as I was without a washing machine and needed one fairly quickly ! The guys who delivered and fitted my new appliances were polite and efficient . Having the option for installation removal of old appliances and recycling at a reasonable cost was a godsend!!
