Bad service all round
My tv broke and the voucher they gave me never covered the cost of a similar tv. Had to spend a further £130 to get a similar tv. Manager in shop rude and the multiple staff in the call centre useless.

The know how team are completely incompetent and to take nearly 3 months to complete a claim is ridiculous. Thank goodness for my last dealing being with one person who actively helped. Detailed advice on various options and availability resulted in a very satisfactory solution. Also given clear detail of how we could manage our delivery which we used to amend date of delivery successfully. A very pleasant experience with a very knowledgeable employee.

Very helpful
Very helpful. We purchased a Washing machine and tumble dryer within 30 minutes and took out repair insurance as well. Tumble dryer installed within two days. Very pleased!

Average shopping experience
We were purchasing a microwave oven but unfortunately the sales girl was not interested. The one we wanted wasn't on show (that was ok) but there were boxes of them lying around the store. We asked what the different number on the box was, we were told it was a code for the store. As a result we ended up with a white product instead of silver which meant another trip to return/exchange the goods. On return to the store the girl in customer support was really good and rectified the issue.

The service provided by the member of staff who served us was excellent. He went above and beyond to get us the product we wanted. Delivery was really quick too.

Shocking customer service
Customer service in Hamilton shop was absolutely shocking
The manager chatting to another member of staff ignoring customers waiting to be served. Staff emptying boxes not attending to customers. Myself and another customer waiting at least 15 minutes in shop before getting served. Female manager was very abrupt when brought to her attention . I paid £25 to have my data transferred to new phone was told 10mins I was there for an hour and a half and all my data hadn't been transferred. Very disappointing feel I was ripped off
