Product was excellent as I would expect from Sony but the staff need to smarten themselves up. the lad that serves me knew his stuff but was very scruffy with a dirty Curry's shirt and jeans that had not paid a visit to the washing machine. Having previously worked for Curry's we had a dress code to look smart even when delivering goods. It paints a positive impression of the company

Expensive but in stock, very long wait in the Hereford store for pick up - only one person on duty in the whole store, he was very pleasant though to be fair.

Loving researching online and collecting white goods
I researched the product online so was able to go straight to it. Was given a quick review of similar machines. V helpful. Was really pleased to be able to collect the machine rather than wait for delivery. It was placed in my car quickly, no issues.
