Currys - Hull St Andrews Quay レビュー 

Purchased different items (washing machine, fridge/freezer, Apple AirPods 4 ANC) in Currys in the past 18 months (St Andrews Quay) and service was excellent from start to finish. The team weren't aware that the washing machines may deviate slightly from their advertised dimensions, but they were very helpful when I questioned if the height / width / depth would differ at all from the store options to the one delivered, which it didn't. The washing machine has fit snugly into the gap in my kitchen. The two who delivered and installed the washing machine and fridge/freezer were clean, quick, efficient and were chatty too. Great service overall, and I'm glad to see an improvement after a very poor experience previously that I had with a laptop and their warranty, which did eventually get resolved to a satisfactory level.

We had brilliant help from Dave very informative and explained the difference between the other washing machines.

Knowledgeable helpful staff, Edward was a dream and made everything easy.
New TV delivered successfully and does everything I was told it would.

We were served by Naomi, a very pleasant, professional and efficient member of staff who knew exactly what she was doing.
Her store knowledge was outstanding, and made the transaction and paperwork so easy to understand for us.
She had the confidence of a manager, so i asked her if she was the manager.
And i was surprised to learn that she was not.
Anyway.
Thank you Naomi I will be shopping at Curry's again.

Very helpful and knowledgable. I bought 3 items, fridge freezer, washer and tv abd the assistant helped me find what I needed.

We exchanged a faulty TV without any problem

The guy that severed me was excellent knew all about the appliances never rushed me in to a sale and help me in other things that i need to buy wish i knew his name

The Guy did a great job explaining each tv - also measured for me to make sure fitted our stand. Excellent service.

I paid for installation and disposal of my old dishwasher. This did not happen in the day, I was told I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days, I’m still waiting 14 days on. No chance of speaking to the store by phone, every phone number is an automated service which cuts you off. Will not buy from Curry’s again appalling customer service.

We have a business account with Currys. As soon as Kam sees us he greets us by name. This time because he was busy he took the time to introduce us to his colleague. It's great customer service

What a bargain. Wanted an integrated freezer asap I asked the assistant if they could get me one in two days, she replied why don’t you take the shop model half price. Saved £300,
And it was the one I wanted and would have paid £599 which was the price in two other shops.

My 18 old grandaughter purchased an Apple Macbookon the 1/9/26, she paid in full. She really wanted a silver model, but this was not available, so she purchased the blue one. At home, as she opened the box, she instantly regretted her decision. I told her it wasn't a problem, to return it to Curry's immediately for a refund.
In the meantime, I managed to order her a silver model from another retailer at £100 less. (I am awaiting its arrival). She went back to Curry's later in the day, with everything boxed as it was, to be informed it was their policy, that if the box wasn't sealed, it couldn't be returned.
I am livid, if this is their policy, surely they should make customers fully aware, verbally at the time of sale. She has saved hard, to purchase this for University, and is unhappy with what she has done.
I now wonder what if the product is damaged in anyway, what happens then? You have to open a box to view what you have bought, surely.
Curry's is a place I have never used, they're over priced in many cases. It's an absolute fact I will never step into another Currys store as long as I live. I believe they have been totally unfair and unhelpful. Hopefully this review will prevents this happening to any other young person.

We talked to the young man who was very knowledgeable about the product. He informed us about the 10% we could get back. So now we are waiting for our 10% back which is very slow from LG. So I would recommend Currys all the time..

Simple process and very helpful staff

Ordered a Smeg kettle , collected in store. No issues, order was ready the next day for me, collection was quick and easy , plenty of free parking. 10/10
