Excellent personalised sales service that you dont get buying on line…
The sales assistant Jack was most helpful. I knew what I wanted which was to replace the HP office Jet printer that I had for the last 7yrs and we discussed the merits of HP current printers.
Unfortunately I failed to tell him I wanted sheet feed as an option so returned the printer next day. Jack was most helpful and exchanged it for a model that had all the features I required.

Purchase of fridge/ freezer
We needed a new fridge freezer and the sales assistant ( a student from Portsmouth uni) was very helpful, the delivery was good and on time. Gary and Robert were friendly and changed the doors around.
Also told us when to switch it on etc
All very satisfactory.
