Helpful staff
I ordered a vacuum cleaner online. It was ready for collection on the specified date. Members of staff were friendly and helpful. I am a pensioner so I was grateful to a member of staff who took the item to my car.

Had an excellent experience recently when buying a new television at the Riverside store. Richard who helped us was knowledgeable and gave us good advice. He did not try to push us to purchase and was not patronising in anyway. He listened carefully to our needs and gave us impartial advice whilst making it clear the final decision was ours to make. Overall a great experience.
We were very impressed that our desire for a specific model of dishwasher was understood and there was no pressure to purchase additional items such as extended warranties, etc. Furthermore we were offered fitment at no extra cost to ourselves which was pleasing. Overall a great experience.
