I just wanted to say thank you to Jack for his excellent customer service today. My mobile phone stopped working and I was eager to purchase a new one fairly quickly. Jack looked at the phone and was determined to fix it for me to allow additional time to look for a new phone long term. Jack said that he is leaving the Company after 12 year’s service. I work in HR and fully appreciate how hard it is to recruit committed team members who are passionate at what they do and keen to go the extra mile. Jack, I cannot thank you enough for helping me today. I hope you don’t leave as I would like some advice on purchasing a new phone. Thank you

Purchase of a freezer.
The sales person in CURRYS, whose name was Glen , was vey helpful in helping us to purchase the right upright freezer. He was very friendly and gave us many options to help us buy the right one. I would definitely recommend him again.

I went to Norwich branch of Currys.After waiting ages to be attended to i bought a laptop and was told that a charging cable was included but no charger, I was sold a charger which turned out to be the wrong one.when I got home and unpacked the box to find there was no charging cable.Returned 23 miles to the store to be told that no cable is included.Was sold another cable and charger and was assured that this was the correct one.Got home to find that neither the charger nor the cable where the correct ones.l took the laptop back and they immediately found the correct accessory that I had to purchase.There was no apology or compensation for the three trips that I had made.Was not impressed. Staff very helpful however curry's business is miss selling promotions
Staff very helpful, this star is for the miss selling promotional deals they get their staff to represent. I signed up for 2 year sky deal after buying a TV which should come with £100 off after all the Sky is set up. The Sky is set up and I have called Curry's customer support twice where I was advised that someone will contact me. I have had no contact or emails and may decide to return the TV and cancel the Sky deal due to being miss sold.

Have already done what you advised before listing this and still NO response.

Purchase new laptop
Purchased a new laptop, plenty of selection (makes and different specifications) in the Norwich store. The only down side, not enough staff to assist customers so I had to wait a long time to be helped. However, once assisted I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. Chose pick up at store, was told it would be 2 to 3 days however the laptop was available the next day. Good prices.
