Fantastic staff, great selection! Easy shopping experience

Great service and we given good advice from your staff. We have used this store several times and have been happy with the service.

Excellent service, Staff very helpful

Very helpful assistant…however, very limited stock on display items…ended up buying my third choice because it was needed that day! Saying that, my purchase seems good so far…and half the price of my other choices lol

We purchased a couple of mobile phones and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish due to the service of the expert sales assistant Ben in the phone department.

in spite of our research none of the items i wanted were in stock in store, a forty mile round trip wasted for me and my young friend. school and uni startup were blamed but that happens every year so you should have some idea of throughput. on major items i like to see before i buy and this is the third time this year i have tried to use you as our major tech supplier in the area but have had to go elsewhere to make the purchases -approx. £3000. sorry!

Total failure on response to faulty goods. Inaccurate information total confusion. Took numerous phone calls and 9 visit to store to get the situation resolved

The member of staff did not have a good knowledge of the product we were most interested in. I wished to replace a tango printer which was about 10 years old. His knowledge for a replacement was very basic.
We also wished to purchase 2 specific Alexa products but only one in stock and he was unable to give any info on when a second would be available.

Staff very helpful. Decided on a iPad instead of laptop. Really pleased and still getting used to all the programs. Would recommend a visit to the store.

Fast and efficient service. The delivery was excellent and on time. The staff(Michael and his colleague) were very friendly and wasted no time in installing and testing my new washing machine. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I needed help finding information, phone numbers etc to organise a repair to my washing machine. The staff I spoke to were all very helpful, found the information I needed and explain what I should do next.
I also wanted a new vacuum cleaner. I asked a young man to fetch it downstairs for me because I use a walking stick. He not only fetched it, he did the sale for me and also took it out to my car. 👏👏👏👏

Appalling customer care. Bought a TV and within a couple of months it wasn’t working as it should - cutting off part way through programmes etc. Did all the fixes recommended to no avail. Returned it to Curry’s to exchange for a better quality TV. As it is more than 30 days old, repair only. Contacted their customer services - put through to 2 other companies, hung up on, finally spoke to someone who said I have to speak to manufacturer. Manufacturer says contract is with Curry’s. Emailed their conflict resolution centre - no response to 2 emails. Follow up email says case closed. Overall, appalling product, appalling service in store and non existent customer care. Long time customer lost.

Don’t be taken in by the follow up comments to the reviews - they don’t respond either.

My experience in Curry's could not have gone better. A salesman called Harry was excellent. I was unable to stand too long so he found me a chair moved it from place to place and was very knowledgeable about all items I wished to purchase. This was the Plymouth branch.
