I only went again for a tumble dryer you always have to find somebody to help you a lot of standing around ,when I did get some help after calling somebody it was a night mare with the paper work because I had it with my purchase all I wonted to now what date it comes & how much a month she told me to go to the bank they will sort it out so I did they dident know what curry’s were on about on the paper work she give me there was no sort code or bank details for creation so I had to go back to curry again I manage to talk to someone & they rang creation at last another hour I was in there finally I got there detail when to start paying so then I had to go back to the bank & get it set up I really don’t think they know what they are doing I should of gone else were wish I had of done I haven’t got the dryer yet & I’m already paying for it’

Helpful staff, quick service

Normally, I would give 5 stars, as we have bought a few items from there and always received good service.
But I am shocked by the service we have received to date.
We ordered a fridge/freezer, which was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, 23/08/2026. I then received a voicemail saying it had been cancelled as the item had been damaged. Therefore, they will send us a replacement on Tuesday 25/08/2026.
I called Currys to find out what time the delivery would be, only to be told the item is out of stock, so I would not be getting a delivery. I asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor, which they could not accommodate. So I now have to go into the store to get an explanation. But will they be honest!!

Ordered the new Google Pixel 11 Pro XL online for collection at my local Currys, and the whole process was effortless from start to finish.

Ready in Minutes: Received the confirmation text that my order was ready for pickup way faster than expected.

Friendly Staff: The in-store team was welcoming, efficient, and had me sorted with my new phone in less than five minutes.

Great Service: Everything was clearly explained, and the box was handed over in pristine condition.

The phone itself is incredible, and Currys made getting my hands on it completely hassle-free. Will definitely use their click-and-collect service again for my next tech upgrade!

Purchased a Bravia sound bar. The quality of sound was very poor, at £200. I did expect better.

Boys who fitted and delivered were fantastic

Purchased a fitbit sense 2 watch and a care and repair warranty for my wife who has a heart condition on 04/03/24 it needed a repair when a back plate fell of it was repaired but after a couple of weeks returned it to the store no 2839 Solihull on the 7th August and was told as per. my care and repair warranty which states that after 7 days if wasn't repaired they would replace the watch went back on the 15th August and was informed that they would put in a scrapage request and it would take 48hours went back today the 19th spoke to a store manager Sodique who said the 48 hours were store opening hours of 8 hours which is total rubbish I complained to Azka another manager who said it was 48 hours not 48 divided by 8 hours, I have not been offered a replacement or refund and I have to wait another 72 hours for a response which is totally against my agreement with the care and repair warranty. I am totally disgusted with curry's as a customer I have spent thousands in while goods and smart technology I await your response

After my experience purchasing multiple electrical items one star is too many.
Exceptionally poor instore customer service.
The Currys phone line is also not fit for purpose.
Nearly four weeks after a dishwasher was delivered we are still unable to use it.
